たはプラントに於て頻繁に牛乳などの流通系内を
定置洗浄する個所、例えば貯蔵タンク側に接続さ
れた出入口より牛乳等流通系側に接続された排出
口へ牛乳を流出させたり或は牛乳を注入口より上
記の出入口を通つて貯蔵タンクへ供給したりする
個所等に用いる二重シール弁機構に関するもので
ある。

ボデイ、6は同弁ボデイ5に取付けたパツキン
グ、7,7′は同じく弁ボデイ5′に取付けたパツ
キング、8はロツド、9は弁スプリング、10は
シール用流体の入口、11は同流体の導溝、12
は同流体の封入部、13は同流体の遮断するパツ
キングであつて、即ち叙上に於て弁閉時(図面の
右半分参照)には、処理液(A)を弁シート4′とパ
ツキング6との密接により、処理液(B)を弁シート
4′とパツキング7,7′との密接により夫々止め
ると共にシール用液体の封入部12に適宜のシー
ル用流体を入口10及び導溝11を介して(同図
点線矢印で示す)送入することによつて処理液(A)
と(B)を完全に遮断し、また、弁開時(図面の左半
分参照)には弁シート4,4′とパツキング6,
7とを離し且つパツキング13をして流体の封入
部12を閉口させることによつて弁ポート2,
3,3′を導通状態と為すようにしたものであ
る。

であるが、例えば処理液(A)がパツキング6の外側
に漏出してシール用液体に混入した状態で弁を開
くとこの混合液のうちシール用流体の封入部12
内に溜つていた分が弁シート4と弁ボデイ5との
間より弁ポート2内に流入して同部の液に混入し
てしまう欠点があり、またこの二重シール弁機構
に於てはその開弁時に弁ボデイ5,5′間のシー
ル用流体のパツキング3による閉塞部が弁ケース
内に向つて保持されるので、同部に於てパツキン
グ3に何等かのトラブルが生じて漏液が発生する
とこのシール用流体が弁ボツクス1内に漏出して
同部の液に混入するに至る虞れなど無しとしない
危険があつた。

出入口を閉止する第1弁体を装入し、更に弁箱に
於て出入口の外側にシリンダーを設けこのシリン
ダーの先端に出入口管を連結すると共に当該出入
口管の内端に出入口に向つて伸縮する短小管を気
密に連結し、この短小管の外周にシリンダーの内
周面に気密に摺接するフランジを設けて同フラン
ジに短小管を出入口に向つて常に弾発する発条を
係装すると共に短小管の先端に上記の第1弁体が
嵌合する第2弁座及び上記の第3弁座に嵌合する
第2弁体とを、第1弁体が第1弁座および第2弁
座に嵌合した時に第2弁体が第3弁座より離れ、
また第1弁体が第1弁座および第2弁座より離れ
た時に第2弁体が上記の発条の作用により第3弁
座に嵌合するようにし夫々設け、シリンダーの周
壁に第2弁体と第3弁座との間から漏れた漏液の
排棄口を開設したことにある。

装入し、更に弁箱4に於て出入口3の外側にシリ
ンダー11を設けこのシリンダー11の先端に出
入口管12をクランプ13により連結すると共に
該当該出入口管12の内端に出入口3に向つて伸
縮する短小管14をOリング15により気密に連
結し、この短小管14の外周にシリンダー11の
内周面にOリング16により気密に摺擦するフラ
ンジ17を設けて同フランジ17に短小管14を
出入口に向つて常に弾発する発条18を係装する
と共に短小管14の先端に上記の第1弁体7が嵌
合する第2弁座19と出入口3の口縁の外面に設
けた前記の第3弁座20に嵌合するシールリング
21付きの第2弁体22とを設け、第1弁体7が
第1弁座5および第2弁座19に嵌合した時に第
2弁体22が第3弁座20より離れ、また第1弁
体7が第1弁座5および第2弁座19より離れた
時に第2弁体22が上記の発条18の作用により
第3弁座20に嵌合するようにすると共にシリン
ダー11の周壁に第2弁体22と第3弁座20と
の間を介して漏れた漏液の排棄口23と短小管1
4の作動用の空気移動孔24とを開設しものであ
る。

報記載のもののように弁ボデイ5,5′間のシー
ル用流体のパツキング13による閉塞口が弁箱内
に向つて保持されることがないので、このパツキ
ング13に何等かのトラブルが生じて漏液が発生
してもシール用流体が弁箱内に漏出して同部の液
に混入するようなことも全くないものであつて、
これらによつて本発明の前記の目的を確実に達成
することができる効果がある。

条を係装すると共に短小管の先端に上記の第1弁
体が嵌合する第2弁座及び上記の第3弁座に嵌合
する第2弁体とを、第1弁体が第1弁座および第
2弁座に嵌合した時に第2弁体が第3弁座より離
れ、また第1弁体が第1弁座および第2弁座より
離れた時に第2弁体が上記の発条の作用により第
3弁座に嵌合するようにして夫々設け、シリンダ
ーの周壁に第2弁体と第3弁座との間から漏れた
漏液の排棄口を開設したことを特徴とする二重シ
ール弁機構。
