3 and the process of attaching a decorative material to the flooring material, the workability is poor and requires a lot of construction time on site. Since the material is simply attached to the floor surface 13 by adhesive, if you hammer hard enough to avoid creating gaps between the joints between the floor materials, the previously installed floor material may shift or come up. There are things to do. It is also desirable that the concrete floor be as level as possible, but as a practical matter, unevenness of about 5 mm is unavoidable.
When there is a convex part on the floor surface to be constructed, the part of the floor material that is in contact with the cushioning material is adhesively fixed in a compressed state, but due to the repulsive force of the cushioning material, it floats up before the adhesive hardens, causing problems when walking. The so-called "float" that rises and falls
may occur.

Even if you drive the nail 14 directly into the body, the nail will not be effective enough, the pressing force will be uneven, and it will easily cause "floating." When hammered in, the nail moved slightly within the buffer, causing the previously installed flooring to shift.

To provide a decorative flooring material for direct application that can be reliably fixed to a concrete floor, generates little floor impact noise, and is advantageous in terms of use and construction. The present invention will be described below based on embodiments shown in the drawings.

のである。 In FIGS. 1 and 2, on the lower surface of the decorative floor board 1 which has grooves 5 for joining and protrusions 6 on the four circumferential end faces, there is a sub-board 3 whose width and length are approximately the same as those of the decorative floor board 1, and its lower surface. A base material 2 made of a buffer material 4 is pasted on the base material 2, and the base material 2 is made to protrude outward from the decorative floor board 1 on two adjacent sides of the decorative floor board 1 to form the nailing part 7. This material is formed into a decorative flooring material for direct application.

Specifically, it is made of relatively thin plywood with a thickness of 6 to 12 mm and a thickness of 0.3 mm. ~0.6mm decorative veneer or thickness 3.0
A mosaic piece with a size of about mm attached and an appropriate paint finish is preferably used. Furthermore, bonding grooves 5 and protrusions 6 are formed on the four peripheral end surfaces of the decorative floorboard 1. Although various other types of joint shapes, such as a recessed joint shape, can be used, this shape is superior in that it is less likely to cause unevenness during construction.

The subboard 3 is made of plywood with a thickness of about 3.0 mm, for example, and can be easily nailed, but in order to prevent damage from nailing, nail holes 8 are pre-drilled.

In addition, in order to prevent the generation of floor impact noise, a material with sound insulation and sound absorption effects is required, and since houses have a long service life, it is necessary to select a material whose physical properties do not change easily even after long-term use. Specifically, organic fiberboard such as insulation board,
Inorganic fiberboards such as glass fiberboards and rock wool boards, or organic-inorganic composite fiberboards are preferably used. These may be impregnated with asphalt pitch for antiseptic and waterproof purposes. It may be a synthetic resin foam such as polystyrene, polyvinyl chloride, polypropylene, polyurethane, synthetic rubber, or foamed synthetic rubber. In addition, fibrous materials such as felt, needle punch, carpet, thick canvas, and honeycombs made of various materials can also be used. These buffers are appropriately selected depending on the performance required for the floor, and may be used in combination as necessary. It is necessary to adjust the thickness of the cushioning body depending on the degree of unevenness of the floor surface, but specifically, if the convex part of the floor surface is within 5 mm, the thickness of the cushioning body 4 is 8 mm.
~10mm is appropriate. Further, the buffer body 4 may be a single plate-like material, but it may also be a rod-like material that is attached to the lower surface of the sub-plate 3 with a slight interval, or it may have a hole or a buffer material. Appropriately shaped recesses may be arranged and formed on the body surface (not shown).

At this time, as described above, the base material 2 is made to protrude outward from the decorative floorboard 1 by 50 to 70 mm on two adjacent sides of the decorative floorboard 1 to form the nailing portions 7. If the width of this nailing part 7 is not made as accurate as possible, the base materials will collide with each other during construction and gaps will be created in the decorative floorboard, so care must be taken.

完了する。 To construct a decorative floor using the direct-applying decorative flooring material of the present invention, first apply a known concrete adhesive to a predetermined portion of the concrete floor C using a comb trowel, as shown in Figure 3. smear. Next, decorative flooring material A
is placed in a predetermined position and an appropriate number of nails 9 are driven into the nailing part 7 so as to press the entire decorative flooring material against the floor surface and fix it. Next, to install the decorative flooring material B, apply adhesive to the concrete floor C as described above, and then apply a known wood adhesive to the nailing part 7 of the decorative flooring material A to join the decorative flooring material B. The end surface 3 of the subboard 3 is fitted into the decorative flooring material A using the concave grooves 5 and the protrusions 6.

If the floor surface is extremely uneven, it is desirable to use a mortar finish or self-leveling material to make the floor surface as level as possible.

できる。 Since the present invention is constructed as described above, 〇 By simply gluing and nailing the decorative flooring material, there is no need for an additional step of pasting the decorative material as in the past, and the work is easy and quick. We can construct a wooden decorative floor on top of a building frame such as a concrete floor.

浮上つてしまうということがない。〇 Even when nailed, the nail head does not sink in, the nail is sufficiently effective, and the decorative flooring material can be applied as uniformly as possible to concrete floors, etc. by using this nailing part and the joint part of the opposite side. It can be pressed against the building frame, so even if there are some protrusions on the concrete floor, the contact part of the buffer remains compressed and can be held securely until the adhesive hardens, and only the adhesive can be used. There is no need for the material to come up until it hardens, unlike when applying it with iron.

It is possible to perform reliable construction without any problems.
