目標であった。Conventionally, in the cosmetics industry, various studies have been conducted regarding emulsification technology, and many emulsifiers have been developed accordingly. However, the mainstream of these was nonionic surfactants containing polyoxyethylene chains and anionic surfactants such as fatty acid soaps, so even though they have excellent emulsifying power, they are by no means highly safe. It was difficult. Therefore, it has been a common research goal of cosmetic engineers to obtain emulsified cosmetics with excellent stability without using these emulsifiers.

。Regarding the manufacturing method for preparing the oil-in-water emulsified cosmetic composition in the present invention, an aqueous phase component may be added to a composition containing a cationic cellulose polymer, a polyhydric alcohol, and an oil phase component. By heating and dissolving a cellulose polymer in a polyhydric alcohol, adding an oil phase component to form a gel, and then injecting an aqueous phase component into this, an oil-in-water emulsion cosmetic having more uniform and good emulsified droplets can be obtained.
