A negative electrode with an integrated negative electrode current collector and/or spring is contained in a sealed case formed by joining a case body and a cap having a lead wire through an insulator and an insulating cap on the inner surface. 1. A battery containing a battery assembly, characterized in that an electrolyte movement prevention member having an outer diameter slightly larger than an inner diameter of the insulating cap is fixed integrally with the negative electrode.
