On the other hand, the lower edge of the lower half portion 1b is adhesively fixed to the flange portion 2a of the door inner panel 2 made of a steel plate. A plurality of drain holes 5 are provided at the bottom of the door inner panel 2 to drain rain water, car wash water, etc. that has entered the door body to the outside of the vehicle. In addition, a weather strip 7 is installed on the door inner panel 2 to prevent water from entering from the outside.
It is fixed to the weatherstrip mounting surface 6 with a clip 8, and the tip of the weatherstrip 7 is pressed against the sill 9 to seal it.

トリップのシール性が悪くなる等の問題点があった。(Problem to be solved by the invention) However, in this door structure, the lower half of the door body is made of synthetic resin material, which has lower rigidity than steel plate, so the rigidity of the entire door is low, and the panel is permanently attached. Deformation may occur, resulting in poor engagement with the door lock, or the relationship between the door lock and the body may change, resulting in poor sealing, and weather stripping. Since it is directly fixed to the lower half 2bK of the door inner panel, the adhesive may peel off over time or cracks may occur in the resin panel. Furthermore, the weather strip 7 is attached to the upper part of the door (the upper half 2a of the door inner panel made of steel plate).
The lower part is fixed to the lower half of the synthetic resin door inner panel, but since steel plates and synthetic resin materials have different coefficients of thermal expansion, the door weather strip 7 and the vehicle body may not interact at high or low temperatures. There were problems such as the relative position being awkward and the sealing performance of the weather strip being poor.

The lower half 1b of the door outer panel 1 and the door inner panel 2 are adhesively fixed at the surface 6 for attaching the weather strip. Note that the upper edge of the lower half Ib of the door outer panel l is provided with an engaging portion 8 as in the prior art and is adhesively fixed to the upper half 1a of the door outer panel I.

Rainwater, car wash water, etc. that have entered the door body are drained from the drain hole 5 provided in the lower half of the synthetic resin door outer panel, but even if it is not completely drained, this part is made of synthetic resin. Since it is molded, rust will not occur.

You can keep your sexuality high. Furthermore, the adhesive between the door inner panel 2 and the lower half ib of the door outer panel is located above the lower edge of the lower half 1b of the door outer panel in the direction of the vehicle interior, so even if the adhesive were to protrude, it would not be visible from the outside. Figure 2 shows a barrier 1 showing another embodiment of the present invention.

In both the embodiments shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a clip 8 is embedded in the weather strip 7 and fixed by inserting the clip 8 into a hole provided in the door inner panel 2. In the embodiment, the end 11 of the door inner panel 2 is formed into a substantially U-shape, and a protrusion 10 is formed on the bottom surface of the door inner panel 2, and the weather strip 7 is fitted into the end 11 and the raised part 10. It is fixed together.

Not only does this eliminate rust caused by rainwater or car wash water that enters the door body, but it also sufficiently withstands the reaction force generated by the weather strip, improving durability. In addition, even if #adhesive protrudes from the joint, it will not cause a gap in appearance, so it can be easily adhered without controlling the application qK adhesion range, application range, etc. Furthermore, the weather strip can be applied to the entire circumference of the steel plate door inner panel. K 1iAj 9, the relative position with respect to the body can be ensured with a good degree of 4', and the effect that good sealing performance can be ensured is achieved.
