型モーターにおける整流r−用ブラシとして使用し、連

れはなく、しかも板バネ等のバネ部材との結合性が良好
であるため低電圧用小型モーターは勿論、高電圧用小型
モーターの整流子用ブラシとして最適である。また、モ
ーターの用途等により任意の厚さの弾発性部材を用いて
これに任意の厚さのブラシ部を形成し、更にその形状、
大きさ等をも任意に設定することができるから、小型モ
ーターの整流1川ブラシとしてその組込みも容易であっ

への結合性は極めて良好であって、加工等によっても剥
離等が生じるおそれはない。また、長尺の弾発側部材を
用いてこれに印刷又は他の塗布手段等により塗布材料を
連続的に塗布せしめると共にこれを連続的に加熱処理す
ることにより長尺の整流予相ブラシ素材を得ることがで
き、これをプレス加工等により所定形状に連続的に成形
加工することにより均質な製品を量産することができる
