Abstract

PURPOSE:To attain the selection of extension/main trunk by means of transmission/reception of voice information by a caller even outside of a reception time by transmitting a message to the caller in automatic response at incoming call, recognizing the voice of the caller and performing connection control of line. CONSTITUTION:A line interface section 3 makes automatic response to an incoming call of a subscriber line 2. A voice information processing controller 8 drives a voice synthesizer 4, transmits a preset message to a caller via a line interface section 3 and the line 2, a voice recognizing section 6 is driven, the voice of caller is collated and recognized by a voice recognizing memory 7, the recognized dial number is transmitted to a connecting processing controller 11 as a selecting signal. The controller 11 drives a corresponding extension 10 based on the selecting signal and calls an extension 12. A channel switch 9 is driven by the response of the telephone set 12 to form a channel.

セージを発信者に送るとともに発信者の音声を認識して
回線の接続制御を行なうようにしたことを特徴としてい
る。
