工に優れかつ外観が美Lい合成樹脂を射出することによ
つて樹脂溶融温度と射出圧力とによつて前記枠状内壁を
ネジコアに沿つて塑性変形せLめると共にネジ溝を形成
し該枠状内壁と射出樹脂とを一体的に融合溶着せしめ内
壁の外側に外壁を嵌合形成して二重式キャップを製造す
ることを特徴としたキャップの製造方法に関するもので

を利用して強制嵌合して二重式キャップを構成していた
が、この種の方法はキャップに強いトルクが掛つた場合
に両者が剥離する恐れがあると共に強制嵌合作業が大変
でぁり、更に肉薄キャップを構成することが困難である

。本発明に於ては前述の如く予め成形された肉薄の栓状
内壁1をネジコア4の周りに取付けると共にこれをキヤ
ビテイ2の中に挿入し、ネジコア4とキャビテイ2とを
閉じた後キヤビテイ2の湯口3よりABS樹脂を射出す
ることによつて、射出圧と樹脂の溶融温度とによつて内
壁1を軟化させながらネジコア4の周りに沿つて塑性変
形させると共にネジ溝6を形成し、同時に内壁1の周り
に一定厚の外壁5を内壁1と融合溶着させて内壁1と外
壁5とを一体的に成形した後でネジコア−4を内壁1よ
り抜き取ることによつて、内周面にネジ溝6を有する二

溝により嵌合形成された二重式キヤツプを自動的にLか
も簡単に製造することが出来、従来の如く特殊な射出成
形機を使用することなく一般の射出成形機を利用するこ
とが出来、又内壁材料として1 は合成樹脂の他に金属
材料が使用出来、かつ出来上つた成品は内壁と外壁とが
一体的に融着して構成されていると共にネジ溝で両者が
嵌合形成されているので、従来品の如く使用時に内壁か
ら外壁が剥離脱落する恐れがなく、更に全体としてキャ
ツプが肉薄に成形出来、美麗にして体裁も良い等の特徴
