プの光出力を一定として調光比が一定となつたランプの

ると、電流バイパス素子4を通じて各ランプ1に分流す
る電流は小さくなり、各ランプ1の点灯光出力が減少す
ることになり、一定の調光比が得られないという欠点が
あつた。本発明は上記の欠点を除去するために為された
