PURPOSE:To improve the reproducibility of a picture having a half tone, and to raise a quality of the picture, by displaying a picture information as a soft picture on a CRT indicator, recording and developing it on a transparent film by means of electrophotography, and after that, reduction-projecting it on a card having photosensitivity. CONSTITUTION:A person 22 as a picture information is photographed by a TV camera 21, and is displayed as a mesh point-like picture signal on a CRT25 by a mesh type circuit 23. In this case, a name, a number, etc. are inputted from a keyboard 26. A picture displayed by the CRT25 is projected to a photosensitive plate 31 through a lens 27, is made to form an electrophotography on an endless- like transparent dielectric film which has been placed behind said photosensitive plate, and is made to form a developed image by a developer 35. This developed image is irradiated by an intense light source 40, its transmission light beam is reduction-projected onto a photosensitive recording material 42 through a lens 41, this image is developed by a developer 45, is cut to prescribed length with a cutter 46, and is outputted as an ID card 50.
