Abstract

PURPOSE: A tread rubber composition for tire having totally improved required properties, e.g., rolling friction performance, wet grip performance, wear resistance performance, etc., comprising a specific styrene-butadiene rubber prepared by solution polymerization.
CONSTITUTION: A tread rubber composition for tire comprising styrene-butadiene rubber prepared by solution polymerization, having a styrene content S of ≤30wt%, preferably 15W25wt%, a 1, 2 bond amount V in butadiene unit of ≥35mol%, and an intrinsic viscosity in toluene solution at 30°C of ≥2.0, preferably 2.5W3. The styrene content S and the 1, 2 amount V in the range satisfying the formulasI, II, and III fully provide totally improved balance of per- formances.
