Abstract

PURPOSE: To efficiently treat garbage while inhibiting its accumulation, by slightly laying a vessel, which has s top cover but not a bottom plate, under the ground while remaining its predetermined height on the ground, and alternatively charging garbage and soil into the vessel to decompose the garbage with soil bacteria.
CONSTITUTION: A vessel 1, which has a top cover 2 but not a bottom plate, provided with a flanged projection 3 at the periphery of its bottom part is slightly laid under the ground, while its predetermined height is remained on the ground.
