Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide a method wherein a crushed rocks and fine powder, produced at an end of a structure material when a rock bed is struck with the structure material, are removed with a jet of water current, the structure material is driven into the rock bed down to a given depth and pulled off, and after a binder is poured, the structure material is driven again for reinforcing.
CONSTITUTION: A structure material 1 is driven with a water jet injected through water jet pipe 2. At a point of time when it is driven into a ground 3 down to a given depth as shown in a drawing B, the water jet pipe 2 are pulled up. As shown in a drawing C, a binder pressure-feed pump is then connected to a space formed at the outer circumference of the water jet pipe 2. In a drawing D, the structure material 1 is then moved to an upper part of a hole 4 as the hole 4 is filled with a binding agent 5. As indicated in a drawing E, after filling with the binding agent 5 is completed, the pipes are removed. The structure material 1 is inserted into the hole 4 by means of a vibrating hammer, being brought into a state as shown in a drawing F. The binding agent 5 is cured, and this causes securing of the structure material 1 in the rock bed 3.
