Abstract
PURPOSE:To produce a heat collecting means having high capacitance, i.e., an economical heat collecting means with low wiring density by using a heat sensitive heater line together with a heating line. CONSTITUTION:A temperature controlling circuit 17 is actuated by an AC electric power source 15 through a DC power supply circuit 16. The temperature controlling circuit 17 detects the change of impedance due to the temperature of a macromolecular heat sensitive layer 18 in a heat sensitive heater line and actuates a thyristor 19 and a switching circuit 20. The thyristor 19 switches heater current of the heat sensitive heater line and the switching circuit 20 actuates a relay 21 switching heater current in a heating line 14 which is separately connected. When abnormal temperature rise is partially generated in the heat sensitive heater line 13 and the heating line 14 and the macromolecular heat sensitive layer 18 and a temperature fuse type insulating layer 24 are melted, resistances 22, 23A, 23B are heated and a temperature fuse 25 is cut off.
