Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a hollow structure that has on the surface a fibrous sheet layer excellent in the raised state, by putting a fibrous sheet having raised fibers between a split mold and a parison, closing molds, and forcing a pressurized fluid into the parison. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic is extruded from a head 4 of an extruder into a parison 3 to be located between the molds 1, 2 spaced from each other. Then the fibrous sheet 7 clamped by a clamp 8 is arranged between the parison 3 and the mold 2 that will form the inner walls of the main body and the lid of an intended structure in such a way that the raised fibers 7A face the cavity of the mold 2. The molds 1, 2 are closed, blowing pins 5 are penetrated into the parison 3, and a pressurized fluid such as pressurized air or the like is blown into the parison 3. After the molded item is cooled and hardened, the item is removed, and the burrs are eliminated, so that a plastic container 9 consisting of a main body 10 and a lid 11 with double wall structure and hinges 12 and provided with the fibrous sheet layer 7A on the surface can be obtained.
