PURPOSE:To provide air cooling and air heating, respectively, in summer and in winter times, by equalizing the temperature of the air in the space under the floor to the temperature in the earth, in a heat exchanger part, by burying a heat exchanger part into the earth, and by interconnecting the heat exchanger part, a space under the floor and a hollow space in the wall of a room, by air pipes.
