Abstract

PURPOSE:To remove away the undesired image in a simple way, by forming an image on a recording medium provided a resin layer with use of a toner for electrostatic development and then rubbing off the toner image by means of a solvent having an affinity to the resin. CONSTITUTION:The resin composed of the solvent soluble resins such as acrylic resin, polyvinyl alcohol, etc. plus an inorganic powder matter like ZnO, TiO2, etc. is coated on a supporter 1 to form a resin layer 2. In such way, a matter to be recorded is obtained. A toner image 3 is formed on the layer 2 of the matter to be recorded with use of a toner for electrostatic development and by an electrophotography, etc. After this, a solvent 4 having an affinity to the layer 2 is applied a desired area. Then the image 3 is softly rubbed away with a rubbing rod 5 before the solvent 4 is completely evaporated.
