Abstract

PURPOSE:To hold the device by arranging a tube between a top surface of the ceramic sealed-type device mounted on a base witin a container and a container inner wall facing thereto and by filling up a fluid therein. CONSTITUTION:The ceramic sealed type semiconductor device 6 is mounted on the base 1a of the container 1 of Al and the like and the Si resin tube 5 is arranged between the device 6 and a ceiling wall 1b. After closed at one top end and arranged within the container, the tube is with a compressed air and sealed at the other end. A diameter of the tube is selected and the device 6 is pressed to and fixed on the base 1a by the tube expanded with the compressed air. With this construction, the device can be settled in brief within the container and also easily depacked.
