Abstract

In accordance with this request, the time transmitting part 3 transfers a time data from the time generating part 2 to the processing part 41, and the processing part 41 sets the time data as the time in the computer 11. The time which has been set once is brought to updating peculiar to the computer at every prescribed time, and it is used as the time of the computer 11.
