Abstract
PURPOSE:To provide the small-size, accurate and inexpensive linear step motor readily capable of being assembled by forming the outside stator iron core and inside rotor iron core in cylindrical or columnar shape. CONSTITUTION:A spacer 13 made of nonmagnetic material is mounted between annular poles 11 wound with winding 12 in the outside recess slots. The spacers 13 are longitudinally coaxially connected, and thereby forming an outside stator iron core. A plurality of circumferentially raised poles are formed on the inside rod-shaped movable iron core 15, and both the ends 16 are used as a shaft for a bearing 14. Thus, the air gap between the poles of the outside and inside iron cores can be formed in infinitesimal gap, and there can be provided the small-size, accurate and inexpensive linear step motor readily capable of being assembled.
