Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate the leakage of liquid in a battery or the like by compounding conductive substance when forming segmented electrodes used in the battery or the like, and forming a plurality of electrodes thus surrounded by and segmented by insulators at predetermined regions, thereby improving the sealing property thereof. CONSTITUTION:When producing a button-type battery, an anode substance 11 is filled to a half in a lower anode can 10, the surface thereof is coated by a separator 12, an insulating substance 13 is engaged at the inner wall surface of the can 10 at the peripheral edge of the separator 12, and a cathode substance 14 is filled therein. Then, conductive substance plates provided with segmented electrodes 16 are placed at the opening on the top surface of the can 10, the periphery is welded at the portions 15a, 15b, and the button-type battery is thus produced. In this configuration, the conductive substance plate 6 is used as the segmented electrodes, a plurality of predetermined regions are compounded, ring-like insulators 7 are used, the central portion 8 therein is isolated through the insulator 7 from the exterior 9, and segmented electrodes 16 are thus formed. In this manner, the airtightness can be sufficiently effected without inserting a plurality of electrodes, and the leakage of liquid can be prevented.
