Abstract
PURPOSE: To incorporate a perfume, a pharmaceutical, etc., with a resin product easily, by use of a master batch, prepared by mixing a perfume, a pharmaceutical, etc., with a polymer or a waxy material, of specified MW, melting point, etc., having good miscibility, and pelletizing the resulting mixture.
CONSTITUTION: A premaster batch for the production of a molded product, etc., is obtained by mixing a perfume, a deodorizer, a repellent, an insecticide, etc., with a polymer or a waxy material, which has relatively good miscibility, and has MW≥ 100,000 and melting point ≥40°C, and pelletizing the resulting mixture. Said polymer is a polyethylene, an atactic polypropylene, of average MW of 20,000W40,000, etc., and said waxy material is a petroleum paraffin wax, a vegetable wax, etc.
USE: Flat yarn products, monofilament products, synthetic paper products, leather products, etc.
