Abstract

CONSTITUTION: The surface of the primary anodic oxidation film formed on an Al blank material surface is applied with desired patterns and is then subjected to sealing. These patterns are masked and etched, thence a secondary anodic oxidation film is formed on the exposed Al ground material. Thence, if necessary, the masked parts are removed, and transfer paper printed on with patterns or the like is superposed and the prescribed patterns are sublimation dyed on the secondary anodic oxidation film surface. Thence, the surface is subjected to sealing, thereby sealing and fixing the dyed surface. By this treatment, the Al decorative plate or the like having the surface which is combined with the transfer-printed surface and the patterns consisting of the primary anodic oxidation film on its inside area surface, is intricate and has depth is obtained.
