CONSTITUTION:Cam gear 12 with cam 12b is provided with the 1st-3rd projections 12g, 12e and 12m and rotated in direction E by driving motor 14. When playback operation lever 2 at the stop position is pushed, hooking projection 10c of trigger arm 10 unhooks to rotate gear 12 in direction E by gear 13, and the 1st projection 12g stops by being hooked by arm 9. Simultaneously, subchassis operation arm 11 rotates in direction E by cam 12b through projection 11b to push up subchassis 15, moving heads 17 and 18 to the playback positions. Similarly, operation levers 2 and 5 are operated to locking projections 12e and 12m, thereby setting a prescribed mode. Consequently, the structure is simplified and the cost is reduced.
