Abstract
PURPOSE: To form uniform thickness of paint film throughout by the procedure in which aluminum material is dipped in a thermal setting type water-soluble resin paint, and then it is pulled up to halfway, allowed to stand, dipped in the paint again until final finishing is attained, and lastly dried.
CONSTITUTION: An aluminum material, treated by degreasing, chemical conversion process, etc., in advance, is dipped in a thermal setting type water-soluble resin paint under the conditions of the dipping distance A and the dipping time B. Then, it is pulled up to halfway with slow speed v1 under the condition of the pulling distance C1, allowed to stand for a fixed time D1(approx. 1 min), and then dipped in the paint again. After these operations are carried out several times, it is pulled up with high speed completely and then dried. Thus, it is possible to obtain even paint film free of dispersion in thickness, the flow of paint, and drooping.
