Abstract

CONSTITUTION: In preset operation of an information processor, e.g. access to a main memory, group 13 of state information on the information processor such as a main memory address and verious control flip-flop states is fetched in write register 1 and in this case clock information of clocking circuit 30 is inputted to register 1; and output 10 of register 1 is stored in memory circuit 2 and at the time of a read, the operation state retention information group is read out by read register 3. Three control parts 21W23 are provided with a common clocking circuit and a clock output is supplied to operation hysteresis retention circuits 24W26 through output line 31. As a result, even if the information processor detects abnormality to generate stop signal 12, fault hysteresis of control parts 21W23 is represented in clear time series until control parts get out of order, which contributes greatly to a fault analysis.
