Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent the reduction of a magnetic circuit, by providing projections on a plate interposed between a cover and a main body constituting a casing so that the projections extend outward through the main body and both the arms of a yoke and are bent into contact with the outside surfaces of both the arms.
CONSTITUTION: A solenoid valve has a casing 10 comprising a main body 13 containing a soleniod 12 around a bobbin 11 and a cover 17 which is made of a nonmagnetic material and located at the right side of the main body 13. Seal rings 14, 15 and a plate 16, which is made of a magnetic material and has a hole 16a in the center, are interposed between the main body 13 and the casing 10. The plate 16, cores 18, 19 and a yoke 21 constitute a magnetic circut for the solenoid 12. The plat 16 extends through both the arms 21b of the yoke 21 and the casing 10 and project outward. The projecting parts 16b of the plate 16 are bent leftward into contact with the outside surfaces of the arms 21b. This results in enlarging the magnetic circuit and making the quality of the solenoid valves uniform.
