Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent solid objects from sticking on the blade surface by injecting air or water through small holes on the surface of the blade through the rotary shaft.
CONSTITUTION: Multi number of small holes 4 which are connected with the radius direction port 2 and the passage 3 are made in the surface of the blade 1. Being thus constitited, air or water is conducted into the radius direction port 2 and injected to the outside through small holes 4 to cover the blade surface 1 with air or water so that the solid substances would not stick to the surface of the blade.
