Abstract

PURPOSE: To miniaturize the device and to obtain good characteritic covering whole high frequency range by vibrating thin film type transducer body whereon electrodes are provided.
CONSTITUTION: On semiconductor base plate 1, amplifier in IC system is composed and required electrically conducting pattern is formed on the base plate 1, at least on its one side, and at this forming time, one side electrode film 4 of tranducer 3 is also formed. And, in case mechanical power P such as sound pressure, etc. is applied at tip part of tranducer 3 located in upward position of space 2, that tip part curves down or bends and vibrates and, due to piezo-electric effect of piezo- electric thin film 5, electromotive force is generated between electrode film 4 and 5 and the electromotive force is applied to amplifier via conductive unit 7, 8 and is amplified.
