CONSTITUTION:Two magnetic resistance elements M1 and M2 consisting of a high- mobility semiconductor such as InSb are connected in series and are arranged on the N-polarity face or S-polarity face of permanent magnet 2 which functions to apply the magnetic bias, and DC voltage Vin is applied to both ends of elements M1 and M2. Intermediate connection point 3 between elements M1 and M2 is connected to output terminal 5 through comparator 4. Meanwhile, magnetic signal input part 8 consisting of yoke 6, which is formed by ferrite, etc., and exciting coil 7 is arranged oppositely to elements M1 and M2, and positive or negative signals from signal generation part 9 are applied to this part 8.
