However, these are than suitable for processing a small amount of air, when handling per minute ten m 3 or more air facilities of the device itself for forced as significantly large equipment Costs increase and operating costs increase. In addition, since the pressure loss in this apparatus becomes extremely large, a suction fan having a large power must be used, so that there is a problem that equipment costs and operation costs are further increased. An object of the present invention is to provide a dust collector which has a simple structure, can be operated with small power, and requires no maintenance.

An air inlet duct is attached to the side wall of the revolving drum, a discharge tube is formed on the upper surface, and a collecting tank is attached to the lower end to make the container closed. Then, a bottom plate is attached inside the revolving drum, and fins are further attached along the inner wall surface to form a downward spiral, so that air descends while rotating along the spiral in this portion. At the same time, a gap is formed between the inner wall surface and the outer peripheral edge of the bottom plate, and the air descending along the spiral enters the collection tank through the gap together with the granular material mixed therein, The above-mentioned object is achieved by the means configured to be collected in the water.

At a portion close to the inner wall surface of the trunk, a downward airflow is generated while turning along a spiral. And
The powder particles contained in the air sent into the swirling body are mixed with the air descending along the inner wall surface by the swirling flow of the air, and enter the collection tank through the gap between the bottom plates together with the air. Thus, they are collected. By forming the bottom plate in an umbrella shape and attaching a suction port in the center, air entering the collection tank is sucked into the revolving drum from the suction port. The air then passes into the collection tank, and then forms a flow path for air to be discharged from the suction port.

In this embodiment, the cyclone type dust collector comprises a revolving drum 1 and a collecting tank 2, both of which are formed separately, and the collecting tank 2 is joined to a joining port 3 formed at the lower end of the revolving drum 1. By doing
The revolving drum 1 and the collecting tank 2 are integrated so that the collecting tank 2 forms an apparent bottom of the revolving drum 1. An air feed duct 4 is attached to the upper part of the side wall of the revolving drum 1 in the direction of the cutting line, and air to be treated including the granular material is sent into the revolving drum 1 from here. A discharge cylinder 5 is attached to the center of the upper surface, and the air that has been cleaned by removing the powder and granules is discharged from here to the outside. In addition, a bottom plate 6
Is provided, and this serves as an apparent bottom surface of the swirling cylinder 1, and the air to be processed sent from the air feeding duct 4 to the swirling cylinder 1 is swirled at a portion above the bottom plate 6. It has become. A joining port 3 is formed at the lower end of the revolving drum 1, and the collecting tank 2 is joined to the joining port 3. In particular, the two parts are joined to form a sealed state. Air is prevented from leaking. In this embodiment, a suction blower 51 is attached to the discharge cylinder 5 so that air is sucked from the revolving drum 1 and discharged. Therefore, the inside of the revolving drum 1 is at a negative pressure, and the air to be processed is sucked from the air feeding duct 4 and turns. However, instead of the suction blower 51, a blower blower is used. 4 and revolving barrel 1
The air may be sent to the air. In the case of such a configuration, the lower end of the revolving drum 1 does not necessarily have to be in a closed state. You can also gather. A fin 7 having a width of about several tens of millimeters is attached to the revolving drum 1 having the above configuration along the inner wall surface to form a downward spiral. In this portion, air flows along the spiral moderately. It descends while turning at an appropriate speed. On the other hand, a gap 61 is formed between the inner wall surface and the outer peripheral edge of the bottom plate 6, and air descending along the inner wall surface between the fins 7, together with the powder and granules mixed therein, The gap 61 is further lowered to enter under the bottom plate 6. or,
The bottom plate 6 is formed in an umbrella shape, and a suction port 62 is attached to the center thereof, and this is opened on the center line of the revolving drum 1.

Let it. Then, the inside of the swirling cylinder 1 becomes a negative pressure, and the amount of air to be processed corresponding to the amount of the discharged air is sucked into the swirling cylinder 1. The air intake duct 4 is attached to the revolving drum 1 in the direction of the cutting line, and the air to be processed sucked in the revolving drum 1 is swirled in the revolving drum 1, gradually descends while revolving, and eventually discharges. After that, it is discharged out of the machine. Due to the swirling of the air to be treated, the granular material contained therein moves to the outside of the swirling flow due to the centrifugal force and mixes with the flow of air swirling along the inner wall surface of the swirling drum 1.

A bottom plate 6 is provided at a lower portion of the revolving drum 1, and an outer peripheral edge thereof is provided. Since the gap 61 is formed between the fin 7 and the inner wall surface, the air descending along the inner wall surface between the fins 7 further descends along the gap 61 together with the powder and granules mixed therein, to the bottom. It goes under the face plate 6. In addition, a suction port 62 is provided at the center of the bottom plate 6, and the suction port 62 is attached to the suction port 62.
Due to the opening on the center line, a pressure difference is inevitably generated between the outer peripheral edge portion and the center portion of the bottom plate 6, and due to the pressure difference, air descending along the inner wall surface of the revolving drum 1 is generated. It goes under the gap through the gap 61 of the bottom plate 6 and then returns to the inside of the barrel 1 via the suction port 62. By appropriately adjusting the upward flow of air passing through the suction port 62, the bottom plate 6
Since the flow of the air under the air becomes extremely gentle, the particles mixed in the air settle here, and eventually fall into the collection tank 2 to be collected.

A cyclone type dust collector in a closed state, in particular, a bottom plate is attached inside the swirling drum to form a gap between the outer peripheral edge and the inner wall of the swirling drum, and fins are attached along the inner wall surface. It forms a downward spiral. Due to the fins, a flow of air descending while turning along a spiral is generated in a portion close to the inner wall surface in the turning body. And the granular material contained in the air sent to this revolving drum,
Due to the swirling flow of the air, the air is mixed with the air descending along the inner wall surface, enters the collection tank through the gap between the bottom plates together with the air, and is collected by the air. In addition, since the bottom plate is formed in an umbrella shape and a suction port is attached to the center of the bottom plate, the air entering the collection tank is sucked into the revolving drum from the suction port. Through the gap, and then a gentle flow of air back into the barrel through the suction port occurs. For this reason, the particles mixed in the air settle here and fall into the collection tank to be collected.
