Claims (3)
中空部のチップ座にスローアウェイチップを挟持し、締
め付け部材で固定するスローアウェイ式切削工具におい
て、該工具本体のチップ座側面部には該締め付け部材の
頭部円錐面に対応する部分に工具本体後端方向に偏心し
た円錐受け面を設け、他のチップ座側面部には、該締め
付け部材の円筒部受け穴及びその側壁と該側壁に連なり
締め付け部材の雄ねじ部に対応する雌ねじ部を設け、該
スローアウェイチップの固定を該チップ座側面部による
押圧と、該締め付け部材の円筒部によるスローアウェイ
チップのピン穴側面から工具本体の後端側への押圧とに
よって行い、かつ、該円筒部受け穴の側壁を取付基準面
としたことを特徴とするスローアウェイ式切削工具。1. A throw-away type cutting tool in which a throw-away tip is sandwiched by a hollow tip seat provided in a slit shape at a tip end portion of a tool body and fixed by a fastening member. Is provided with a conical receiving surface eccentric in the direction of the rear end of the tool body at a portion corresponding to the conical surface of the head of the fastening member, and the other side of the tip seat has a cylindrical receiving hole of the fastening member and a side wall thereof.
