2. Description of the Related Art In general, powdery, liquid, ointment and other athlete's foot drugs are used for treating athlete's foot between toes (between toes). However, these athlete's foot drugs are (1) difficult to apply uniformly and thickly to the skin surface of the affected area. (2) After administration to the skin surface, they adhere to socks, clothes, floors, etc. and fall off. There are drawbacks such as a lack of sustained drug efficacy and (3) poor penetration into the skin. Also, due to these drawbacks, several times a day dosing is required to obtain a sufficient medicinal effect with the athlete's foot drug.

[0003] Furthermore, since ointments (creams) are handled directly by hand, they have to touch the affected area which is extremely contaminated with bacteria during administration. As a result, there has been a problem that the athlete's foot fungus easily infects other parts and various bacteria are easily attached to the affected part. The liquid athlete's foot medicine can be administered without touching the affected part by devising the shape of the container or by using a spray, but it is difficult to adjust the application amount and the application range uniformly.

Conventionally, in order to improve the above-mentioned drawbacks of athlete's foot medicine, a patch for athlete's foot having a drug layer containing athlete's foot medicine, rubber and a tackifier on a support (base) has been proposed. (Japanese Patent Publication No. 55-38927). Since this patch for athlete's foot is used by attaching it to the affected area, it has advantages such as continuous drug efficacy, good penetration into the skin, and no transfer of the drug to socks and clothes. I have. In addition, the patch for athlete's foot is easy to apply, can prevent infection of other parts of the athlete's foot after application, and can prevent invasion of other malignant bacteria to the affected area. However, since the interdigital part has a complicated three-dimensional shape and, in many cases, the affected part is in a narrow part between the fingers, the patch for athlete's foot should be stuck to the affected part in close contact with the affected part. Is difficult.

[0005] Therefore, patches for athlete's foot and therapeutic aids of various shapes and structures have been conventionally proposed in order to facilitate application to the space between toes. For example, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 63-1409
No. 26 proposes an emergency bandage in which a pad wider than the width of the central portion is adhered to the central portion of the adhesive tape, and the adhesive tape is formed with a notch-shaped constricted portion. In this first-aid bandage, a pad is pressed against the affected area between the toes, and the wide ends of the adhesive tape are adhered to the instep surface and the bottom surface of the foot. Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open Publication No. 63-180029 discloses that a wide sticking portion is formed at the front end side at the center of both end pieces of a rectangular pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet piece, and a narrow sticking portion is formed at the base end side. An adhesive tape for athlete's foot has been proposed in which end pieces of the adhesive sheet formed in the part are integrally connected, and a wide pad is stuck on a central adhesive sheet piece. In this adhesive tape for athlete's foot, a pad is pressed against the affected part, and the wide sticking part is adhered to the instep surface and the bottom surface of the foot.

[0007] However, all of these known patches have disadvantages in that, in addition to their complicated shape and structure, they cannot be reliably maintained in the adhered state. That is, in each of the above-mentioned patches, a pad or the like is pressed against the affected area between the toes, and the adhesive surfaces of the adhesive tape at both ends are adhered to the instep surface and the bottom surface of the foot, in some cases, to the toes, Then, in order to securely attach the adhesive tape, the sticking portion of the adhesive tape is widened or a cut is made in the sticking portion. However, patches that have a large area to be applied to the back of the foot or the bottom of the foot may have various effects after application, due to complex movements of the back, bottom of the foot, fingers, or contact with socks or the floor. It was found that they were easily peeled off or loosened and the adhesion between the toes to the affected area was impaired.

The patch having the antifungal drug-containing pressure-sensitive adhesive layer formed on the support is prepared by applying an antifungal drug-containing pressure-sensitive adhesive solution onto the support in accordance with a conventional method, followed by drying. Can be made. Alternatively, the patch may be prepared by applying a pressure-sensitive adhesive solution on a temporary support that has been subjected to a release treatment, drying it, and then transferring it onto the support. The patch for athlete's foot athlete's foot of the present invention can be usually obtained by cutting the patch obtained above into a predetermined size using a punching die. The shape of the patch for athlete's foot toads of the present invention is not particularly limited, but is preferably rectangular, elliptical, oval, octagonal, or the like. In terms of remarkably excellent peeling resistance, an ellipse (a) as shown in FIG.
It is more preferable that the rectangular shape has no acute angle portion smaller than a right angle, such as an octagon (c) in which the corners at both ends are cut.

In the patch for athlete's foot, the patch of the present invention has a maximum length in the width direction of 5 to 15 mm and a maximum length in the length direction of 10 to 30 mm. It is necessary. Here, the width direction of the patch corresponds to the width direction between the toes (interval between the fingers), and the length direction corresponds to the length direction between the toes (from the instep to the sole). The maximum length in each direction corresponds to the length of each piece when the shape of the patch is rectangular, but means the longest width in the width direction and the length direction when the patch is elliptical. The maximum length in the width direction of the patch for athlete's foot is 5
If it is less than mm, it is difficult to sufficiently cover the diseased part of athlete's foot when applied to the intertoes of an average adult, and if it exceeds 15 mm, peeling due to turning over tends to occur. The maximum length in the width direction is preferably 7 to 13
mm. If the maximum length in the length direction of the patch for athlete's foot is less than 10 mm, it is difficult to sufficiently cover the diseased part of athlete's foot on the basis of the average adult, and it is also too small to handle easily. Difficult to apply accurately to parts. If the maximum length in the length direction exceeds 30 mm, an extra sticking portion is formed on the back side of the foot or the bottom side of the foot, and this portion is the most movable portion around the toe, so it is strong during sticking. It is stressed and causes peeling, skin irritation and glue residue. The maximum length in the length direction is preferably 12 to 26 mm. The patch for athlete's foot athlete's foot of the present invention is preferably placed in a packaging bag or box or the like in which many pieces are temporarily attached to release paper, and stored, transported,
Can be sold. FIG. 1 is a schematic view showing a case where the patch for athlete's foot is affixed between toes.

As is clear from the results in Table 1, the patch of the present invention has a maximum width in the range of 5 to 15 mm and a maximum length in the length direction of 10 to 30 mm. (Examples 1 to 5) have various shapes, all of which can sufficiently cover the diseased part when applied to the interdigital region. Good results were obtained in practical performance such as residual and irritation to the skin. On the other hand, the patch (Comparative Example 1) having a maximum length in the width direction of less than 5 mm could not cover the affected part, and could not expect a sufficient therapeutic effect. With the patch having a maximum length of 20 mm in the width direction (Comparative Example 2), although the affected area was sufficiently covered, the patch reached not only the center between the toes but also to the upper side of the toes, and peeled off due to daily activities. Was. A patch having a maximum length in the longitudinal direction of less than 10 mm (Comparative Example 3) was attempted to be administered to a narrow interdigital region, but failed several times. Furthermore, when the length direction is this size, the affected part cannot be covered sufficiently, and it has become clear that a sufficient therapeutic effect cannot be expected.

The patch having a maximum length in the length direction of 40 mm (Comparative Example 4) was too long, resulting in poor usability. Although the size in the width direction and the length direction can sufficiently cover the intertoes, a part of the size protrudes from the instep side and the bottom side of the foot.
Of the protruding part, especially the part on the back side of the foot,
Great stress was applied by walking and the like, and many peeling were observed. Also, due to this stress, many skin irritating reactions such as redness were observed in the affixed portion on the instep side of the foot after peeling, and at the same time, residual adhesive was observed. Patch with 10% modulus exceeding 2.0 N / 11 mm (Comparative Example 5)
Although both the maximum length in the width direction and the maximum length in the length direction were within the ranges specified in the present invention, strong stress was applied during application, and redness was observed in the central portion between toes after peeling.
