Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1 キャリヤーと、活性成分としてのモノアミンオキシダーゼBインヒビターと からなる経口投与用医薬組成物であって、該組成物が前記モノアミンオキシダー ゼBインヒビターの胃前での吸収を促進するように調剤されていることを特徴と している経口投与用医薬組成物。 2 前記組成物が頬側、舌下、咽頭および/または食道の粘膜を通しての前記モ ノアミンオキシダーゼBインヒビターの吸収を促進するように調剤されているこ とを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の組成物。 3 前記組成物が、少なくとも5%、好ましくは少なくとも10%、特に好まし くは15%の前記モノアミンオキシダーゼBインヒビターが上記した頬側吸収試 験によって1分間に吸収されるように調剤されていることを特徴とする請求の範 囲第1項または第2項に記載の組成物。 4 前記モノアミンオキシダーゼBインヒビターがモフェジリン、ラサジリン、 ラザベミド、2−BUMP、M−2−PP、MDL−72145、下記一般式: で表される化合物であって、式中、Xが水素原子またはメチル基を表し、Yがフ ッ素原子または水素原子を表す化合物、ならびに前記モノアミンオキシダーゼB インヒビターの医薬的に許容される塩から選択されてい ることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項〜第3項のいずれかに記載の組成物。 5 前記モノアミンオキシダーゼBインヒビターが下記一般式: で表される化合物であって、式中、XおよびYが請求の範囲第4項に定められて いる化合物であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第4項に記載の組成物。 6 Xがメチル基を表し、Yが水素原子を表すことを特徴とする請求の範囲第5 項に記載の組成物。 7 前記活性成分が該組成物の1ないし30重量%で存在することを特徴とする 請求の範囲第5項または第6項に記載の組成物。 8 前記活性成分が0.25mgないし30mgの量で含まれていることを特徴 とする請求の範囲第5項〜第7項のいずれかに記載の組成物。 9 前記組成物が、セレジリンに対する血漿濃度−時間曲線下の領域の、N−デ スメチルセレジリンに対する血漿濃度−時間曲線下の領域に対する割合が0.0 5より大きく、好ましくは0.075より大きく、特に好ましくは0.10より大 きくなるように調剤されていることを特徴とす る請求の範囲第6項〜第8項のいずれかに記載の組成物。 10 前記組成物が、粘性のあるエマルジョン、シロップもしくはエリキシルの 形態、舌下錠、なめたりもしくは噛んだりする錠剤、ソフトゼル、トローチ剤、 水性もしくは非水性ドロップもしくは活性成分が唾液にまたは頬側、咽頭ならび に・もしくは食道の粘膜に制御して放出されるように工夫された投与剤型、口腔 中に活性成分が急速に放出されるように工夫された急速拡散投与剤型、またはバ イオアドヘレントシステムの形態をしていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項 〜第9項のいずれかに記載の組成物。 11 前記組成物が、該活性成分と、水溶性もしくは水拡散性キャリヤーの網状 体からなる固体状の急速拡散投与剤型の形状であって、該キャリヤーが該活性成 分に対して不活性であり、また、該網状体が固体状の組成物から溶媒を昇華する ことによって得られ、そして、該組成物が該活性成分と、該キャリヤーを溶媒に 溶解した溶液とから構成されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第10項に記載 の組成物。 12 前記組成物が、口腔中に入れて1ないし10秒以内に崩壊することを特徴 とする請求の範囲第10項に記載の組成物。 13 キャリヤーと、活性成分としてのセレジリンとからなる経口投与用医薬組 成物であって、前記組成物が、該セレジリンと、水溶性もしくは水拡散性キャリ ヤーの網状体からなる固体の急速拡散投与剤型の形状であって、該キャリヤーが 該セレジリンに対して不活性であり、また、 該網状体が固体状の組成物から溶媒を昇華することによって得られ、そして、該 組成物が該セレジリンと、該キャリヤーを溶媒に溶解した溶液とから構成されて いることを特徴とする経口投与用医薬組成物。 14 固体の、急速拡散投与剤型であって、口腔中に入れて1ないし10秒以内 に崩壊する、セレジリンからなる経口投与用医薬組成物。 15 パーキンソン氏病の治療に使用するための前記請求の範囲のいずれか1項 に記載した組成物。 16 請求の範囲第1項〜第14項のいずれかに記載した組成物をうつ病の治療 および/または予防用医薬の製造に使用すること。 17 請求の範囲第1項〜第14項のいずれかに記載した組成物をアルツハイマ ー病の治療および/または予防用医薬の製造に使用すること。 18 キャリヤーを前記活性成分に連合することからなる前記請求の範囲のいず れかに記載した医薬組成物を製造する方法。
