FIG. 1 is a vertical cross-sectional view showing a marble type spatter recovery apparatus of the present invention. The sputter recovery apparatus of the present invention is arranged in the vicinity of where spatter and fumes are generated during welding work. The box-shaped spatter collection box 24 of the spatter collection apparatus is provided with an opening 22 for connecting to the suction hood 21 and an opening 23 for outdoor discharge. Further, an L-shaped metal partition plate 25 having an inclined vertical wall is fixedly provided in the spatter collection box 24, and a vent hole 26 is formed in a bottom portion 25 ′ of the partition plate 25. In addition, at the bottom of the spatter collection box 24,
A spatter recovery tray 27 is provided so that it can be taken out of the recovery box. Glass marbles 28 are spread on the upper surface of the bottom portion 25 'of the partition plate. In the figure, 29 is a welding torch, 30 is a workpiece, 31a
Is a fume and 31b is a sputter.

The hot air that contains air and fumes 31a,
The flow velocity is lowered by colliding with the partition plate 25 which is sucked by 0 and slantingly inclined, and most of the spatter 31b is separated from the air flow by gravity and falls into the spatter collecting tray 27 arranged at the bottom. ing. Then, the air flow containing spatter that cannot be dropped passes through the vent hole 26 of the bottom portion 25 ′ of the partition plate, collides with the marble 28, is separated from the air flow, and drops into the spatter recovery tray 27. Further, since oil adheres to the marble 28, fine dust particles can be adsorbed and can be released as clean air to the outside of the room.

極めて有益な発明である。As described above, in the marble type spatter recovery apparatus of the present invention, the L-shaped metal partition plate 25 having the vertical wall slanted is fixedly provided in the box-shaped spatter recovery box 24. Since the vent hole 26 is provided in the bottom portion 25 'of the partition plate and the marble 28 is spread on the upper surface of the partition plate, the device can be downsized with a simple structure. This makes it very easy to inspect and clean the equipment and improve the production efficiency of welding work. Also, since it is a spatter collection device that uses marbles, there is no risk of fire, and since oil adheres to the marbles, fine dust particles can be adsorbed and released to the outside as clean air. This is a very useful invention that can be achieved.
