厚み15mmの四方合決りの板を下地にして、実施例1
と同じ塗料を塗装した化粧板を用いて木造軸組構造のモ
デルを作成し、張り付け施工試験を行った。実施例2に
おける目的の1つは、出隅部分の仕上り状態の確認をす
ることである。2つめに、従来は出隅役物を用い出隅部
分からの割り付けを行い、施工を開始するところを、平
面部分のデザインを重視し、平面部から施工を開始し出
隅部分でのにげ(割り付けの半端部分の調整)の処理を
行うことである。当然ながらこの時は、出隅と平パネル
との取り合いにシーリング処理を行なわないで通常の平
パネルを用いて出隅部を仕上げた。化粧板は横張りと
し、平パネルを割付けのデザインにしたがって施工を開
始し、出隅にかかる1枚の寸法をはかり、45度の角度
(表面側からの角度)となるように切り取った。この
時、表面側寸法は縦胴縁による出隅線より化粧板の厚み
分大きく切断しなければならない。また、出隅の両側部
分を構成できるように反対側に張り付けられるパネルも
割付けにしたがってカットした。この時、カット側は次
のパネルとの実の取り合いを考えて行わなければならな
い。縦胴縁は隅の柱の上に直交するように組み付け、こ
の上へ化粧板の加工部を胴縁の出隅角部に一致するよう
にして、化粧板を留付け金具を用いて固定した。続け
て、もう一方の化粧板を出隅線の端面にアクリル樹脂系
の接着剤を塗り付けた上で、端面を突き合せ胴縁に留付
け金具を用いて固定した。出隅部に塗付した接着剤が硬
化後、食み出た接着剤を剥り取ってその仕上り感を確認
したところ、化粧板どうしの接着個所の線は僅かに分か
るものの、化粧板の基材が露出することなく良好な仕上
りとなった。また、出隅部がノンコーキングとなり平面

用して、塗料のPVC70%に配合したグレー色の塗料
である。塗料層となるチャイナトーンのCT−2は3色
の塗料(スキン系仕上塗材)から形成され、白色の塗料
1A,グレー色,黒ゴマ入の塗料2B,ピンク淡色の塗
料2Cから構成される。また、1A色は骨材成分に寒水
砂のみを含むものであり、2B色においては、骨材成分
に寒水砂,黒色着色の寒水砂,淡灰色着色の寒水砂を含
み,2C色においては、骨材成分に寒水砂,淡茶色着色

釘を利用し、釘頭だけを化粧部と同様の塗料を用いてタ
ッチアップを行った。この場合も、塗膜が厚膜であった
ため、ポンチを用いて釘を基材まで打ち込み、その後補
修を行ったため良好な仕上りとなった。化粧板の端面に
はアクリル樹脂系の接着剤を利用し、一面の化粧板に打
ち付けした後接着剤を塗り、硬化前にもう一方の面の化
粧板を突き合せるように打ち付けた。接着剤の硬化後に
