【発明の詳細な説明】 1 モミガラには、多量の高純度のケイ酸が含まれてい
る。このケイ酸は、高品質セラミックの素材で有り、宇
宙時代にとって、利用価値が高い。そのために、高度の
工業技術を駆使してモミガラの含むケイ酸の、効率的な
有効利用の方法を目指して、研究が続けられている。そ
の方法の第一段階として共通している事は、モミガラを
焼いて灰にする事から始められている事である。この発
明は、モミガラを灰にすることなく直接処理するため
に、無駄がなく、効率よく処理出来るのが、特長の一つ
である。この発明は、従来の化学的常識を超えた処理方

することは不可能とされてきた。この発明は、ケイ酸を
溶解した混合溶液に、濃硫酸を加えることにより、水に
不溶性で、尚且不燃性の固体、ケイ酸を回収出来る事を
特長としている。即ち、従来の化学的常識を超えた処理
方法であるといえる。濃硫酸で回収した固体には、炭化
した挟雑物が付着し、入り交じってもいるので、塩酸で
挟雑物を除去してから水洗いし、乾燥する。こうする事
により、高純度のケイ酸をモミガラから回収することが
出来るので、この発明は宇宙時代にむけて、大きく貢献
