自由端とを端子の板厚方向において重ねることに特徴を
有している。 [作用] 本発明によれば、最終的に接点ばねの自由端が重ねられ
る端子を、端子用金属板からの打ち抜き時には傾けて設
けておくことから、接点ばねの固着を端子用金属板から
の打ち抜き直後に他の端子が邪魔になるようなことなく
行なうことができる。 [実施例] 以下本発明を図示の実施例に基づいて詳述すると、本発
明では、端子部材9として、第2図(a)に示すよう
に、端子用金属板から打ち抜いたものを使用するのであ
るが、この打ち抜きに際し、端子2a,2b,2cのうち、固定
接点端子となるとともに最終的に板厚方向に間隔をおい
て重ねられる一対の端子2a,2bを、共通接点端子となる
端子2cと平行とせずに板面内で傾いたものとしておく。
また、各端子2a,2b,2cの一端を接続片1によって互いに
連結された状態としておくにあたり、接続片1と上記傾
いた端子2a,2bとの間は、幅が細くなったネック部7,7と
しておく。また、この打ち抜き直後の端子2cに対して、
接点ばね10の溶接乃至かしめによる固着を行なう。端子
2a,2bは上述のように傾いていることから、接点ばね10
の固着に際して両端子2a,2bが邪魔になることはない。
また、各端子2a,2b,2cは未だ接続片1につながっている
状態である上に、板面内における平行な状態であるため
に、接点ばね10を固着する端子2cの保持固定も容易に且

るものであり、傾いた状態の端子2a,2bの形成のための
スペースとして、両隣の端子間のスペースを有効に使用
することができるため、端子用金属板の材料ロスは、端
子2a,2bが板厚方向に重ならないものと変わらぬものと
なっている。 第3図乃至第5図は、端子2が板厚方向に間隔をおくよ

ねられる対の端子2a,2bの形状例を示す。各端子2a,2bの
打ち抜き時における板面内における傾きは、第2図に示
したものに限定されず、端子2aが図中左方向、端子2bが
図中右方向となるようにしておいてもよい。尚、両端子
2a,2bの傾きを第2図に示すように、同じ方向とする時
には、その傾きの角度α,αは、接点ばね10が固着
される端子2cに近い側の端子2bの角度αの方が、端子
2aの角度αより小さくなるようにしておく。
