(Prior Art) A resin capable of dyeing a sublimable dye is attached to the surface of a transferred material, a pattern formed by an ink containing a sublimable dye is applied to the resin, and the pattern is transferred to the resin by heating. Then, it is performed that the transferred material has a durable pattern. However, there is no transfer paper in which a resin layer capable of dyeing a sublimable dye and a pattern layer formed of an ink containing a sublimable dye are provided on the transfer paper, and the resin layer and the pattern layer can be simultaneously transferred.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) When a resin is pasted on a transfer target material and a sublimation dye is transferred to it by applying a pattern as in the past, the resin film provides good abrasion resistance and durability of the pattern. However, it is not only necessary to operate the positioning separately for each of the application of resin and the application of the pattern, but it is also necessary to separately prepare the resin and the mount on which the pattern is printed. Therefore, if the heat treatment is included, the operation is performed three times and the work becomes troublesome, and there is a problem that the technology of the bending angle cannot be developed unless this defect is improved.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention aims to enable the transfer operation of the sublimable dye to be simplified by simultaneously transferring the resin layer and the picture layer onto the transfer target by one transfer paper. And a resin layer enabling dyeing of a sublimable dye and a pattern layer formed by an ink containing a sublimable dye are bonded to each other, and the resin layer and the pattern layer are simultaneously transferred. A transfer paper capable of dyeing a sublimable dye onto a resin layer that enables dyeing of the dye by heating after or simultaneously with transfer, so that transfer including heat treatment may be performed twice or once. There is.

FIG. 4 exemplifies a transfer paper for pressure-sensitive transfer, in which the same pattern layer (22) as the pattern layer (4) of FIG. ) Is formed and the first on it
The same resin layer (23) as the resin layer (3) shown in the figure is provided, the pressure sensitive adhesive layer (24) is provided on the resin layer (23), and the adhesive layer (2
4) is covered with peelable paper. Since the resin layer (23) has adhesiveness due to pressure sensitivity, it is not always necessary to provide the adhesive layer (24). In that case, the adhesive layer (24) should be provided on the resin layer (23). Stack the slip sheets.

(Effect of the Invention) To explain the transfer operation method using the transfer paper of the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the mount paper (1) is wetted with water, dilute alcohol or the like to melt the soluble paste layer (2), As shown in FIG. 5, the upper part of the resin layer (3) is transferred to a predetermined position of the transferred material “a” by a known water slide method and pressed, and then the overcoat layer (5) is removed after natural drying. 220 ℃ / in a heating furnace
Heat for 90 seconds. Then, most of the sublimable dye in the pattern layer (4) is transferred to the resin layer (3), and a pattern which is not easily worn away is produced in the resin layer (3) as shown in FIG.
Since the pattern layer (4) becomes an ink base layer in which some sublimable dye remains or does not remain, it is washed with a solvent such as ethanol and dried. As the above-mentioned solvent, a solvent that does not damage the resin layer (3) held by transferring the sublimable dye is selected.

The transfer papers of the examples of FIGS. 3 and 4 transfer the respective resin layers by thermal transfer and pressure-sensitive transfer, and the processing after the transfer is in accordance with the above. In the case of thermal transfer, pressure heating transfer and transfer of the sublimable dye contained in the pattern layer (13) to the resin layer (14) can be performed at the same time.

As described above, the transfer paper of the present invention has a resin layer (3) that enables dyeing with a sublimable dye,
(14) and (23), and the pattern layers (4), (13) and (22) formed by the ink containing the sublimable dye, the mount (1),
(11), a heat treatment which is provided on (21) by bonding, and transfers the resin and the pattern layer in a bonded state, and transfers the sublimable dye of the pattern layer to the resin layer after or simultaneously with the transfer. The sublimable dye can be transferred to the resin layer in the correct position in two or one step, and the residual resin layer can show the abrasion-resistant pattern. It has the effect that it can be easily applied with only one sheet of transfer paper.
