In the culture container for bacterial test of this example having the above-mentioned configuration, a culture medium for identifying bacteria in each culture tank (5), a substrate and the like are arranged in a dried or raw state in advance, and the container body (1) is placed in the container body (1). A part of the applied covering film (9) is peeled off, a certain amount of the bacterial solution is dispensed into the bacterial solution inoculation tank (4), and the container body (1) is swung left and right to evenly distribute the bacterial solution. Then, the bacterial solution inoculation tank (4) side of the container body (1) is lifted, the bacterial solution is allowed to flow into each of the culture tanks (5) for inoculation, and then cultured according to a conventional method to identify bacteria. Can be applied to. Further, by adjusting various concentrations of the medium for drug susceptibility test in each culture tank (5), dispensing a fixed amount of the bacterial solution in the bacterial solution inoculation tank (4), and performing the same operation as described above, It can be applied to a drug sensitivity test of bacteria and a minimum inhibitory concentration measurement test of a drug. The gentle gradient path (6a) on the bacterial inoculation tank (4) side was coated with a hydrophilic surfactant or subjected to corona discharge treatment, and the steep gradient path (6b) on the culture tank (5) side was applied. By applying a hydrophobic interfacial lubricant, it is possible to improve the accuracy of liquid separation of the bacterial liquid in the bacterial liquid inoculation tank (4) and to ensure the retention capacity of the bacterial liquid in the culture tank (5), as well as the culture tank. It is possible to completely prevent the backflow of the bacterial solution from (5) to the bacterial solution inoculation tank (4).

Furthermore, the culture vessel of this example has a coated film (9).
It is possible to measure the specific activity of oxygen and the like by peeling off the tape (12) attached to the membrane and inserting the biosensor into the culture tank (5) through the small hole (11) provided in the covering film (9). It is possible. Further, the tape (12) is provided with a reaction material (14) containing a coloring reagent or the like, and the coating film (9)
When the disc (14) is placed on the small hole (11) provided in the container, the container body (1) is turned over to the culture tank (5) side after completion of the culture, and the bacterial solution is mixed with the reaction material ( By soaking it in 14), it is possible to determine the growth of the bacterium with the reaction material (14). In this case, since the bacterial solution and the reaction material (14) come into contact with each other after the completion of the culture, the drug sensitivity of bacteria having the property of inhibiting the growth by a certain coloring reagent can be easily measured. Further, when the container body (1) is made transparent, the growth of bacteria can be inspected by optically measuring the turbidity of the bacterial solution with a photometric photometer and a colorimeter.

In addition, the conventional culture container for bacteria test does not have many kinds of measurement and detection functions, which is very inconvenient when handling many test items, but the culture container for bacteria test of this example Adheres a covering film (9) having a small hole (11) at a position above the culture tank (5) to the upper surface of the container body (1), and at the same time, has various kinds on the upper surface of the covering film (9). Since the tape (12) in which the reaction material (14) having the measurement and detection function is connected is attached, it is very convenient even when handling many inspection items.

In addition, in the culture container for bacteria test of this Example, since the coating film (9) is adhered to the upper surface of the container body (1), the culture medium is prevented from being dried and the acid-fast bacterium and the like are cultured for a relatively long time. In addition, there is an advantage that the coating film (9) can be partially opened to allow culturing in a CO 2 culturing device or an anaerobic culturing device.

As described above, the culture container for bacterial test of the present invention is
Even distribution of the bacterial liquid from the bacterial liquid inoculation tank (4) to the culture liquid tank (5) is possible, and the bacterial liquid liquid does not flow back from the culture liquid tank (5) to the bacterial liquid liquid inoculation tank (4). It has an excellent effect.

Further, since the tape (12) in which the reaction material (14) having a measuring and detecting function is continuously provided so as to close the small hole (11) provided in the covering film (9), the container body ( By inverting 1) to the culture tank (5) side and immersing the bacterial solution in the reaction material (14), the growth of the bacteria can be determined by the reaction material (14). In this case, since the bacterial solution and the reaction material (14) come into contact with each other after the culture is completed, it is possible to easily carry out the drug sensitivity measurement of the bacteria having the property that the growth is inhibited by the certain reaction material (14). It has the effect of being able to.
