この考案は車両用発電機を車両の機関に固定す

第3図及第4図は従来装置を示す。第3図にお
いて、1は車両の機関に装着される発電機で、後
述する各部より構成されている。11はフロント
ブラケツト、111はフロントブラケツト11と
一体に構成された発電機1のフロント側取付脚部
で挿通孔111aを有している。12は電機子コ
イルのコア、13はリヤブラケツト、131はリ
ヤブラケツト13と一体に構成された発電機1の
リヤ側取付脚部で、嵌合孔131aを有してい
る。132はリヤ側取付脚部131の嵌合孔13
1aに圧入され、内径がばか孔の円筒形状であ
り、後述する発電機1を固定するボルト及び六角
ナツトの締付力によつて圧入方向に移動可能な取
付スパン調整用ブツシユ、14は車両の機関のク
ランクプーリとベルトにより結合され、機関の駆
動力を発電機1に伝達するプーリである。フロン
トブラケツト11、コア12、リヤブラケツト1
3及びプーリ14によつて発電機1の外部を構成
している。2は車両の機関に装着された発電機1
の取付用ステーで、ステー2は挿通孔2aを有し
その両側には取付脚部111,131が配置され
る。3は発電機1をステー2に固定するためのボ
ルトで、ボルト3は挿通孔111a,2a及びブ
ツシユ132に挿通され、そのねじ部3aに六角
ナツト4を螺着する。

車をかけており、場合によつては六角ナツト4及
び締付用治具を入れるスペースが確保できない車

真直度が悪い場合即ち軸部にうねりがある場合
は、ブツシユ133にガタがなく自由度が拘束さ
れているためねじ部133a及びボルト3のねじ
部3aに異常な力がかかり、ボルト3の締付不良
を生じる。又、場合によつてはブツシユ133の
割れまたはねじ部3a,133aの破損を生じ

る。又、六角ナツト4の突出した座部41は六角
筒部131bの内径より径の大きな嵌合孔131

六角ナツト4は座部41と段部131c(六角筒
部131bの内周と嵌合孔131aとの間に形成

径方向に自由度を有しているので、ボルトの真直
度が充分でない場合にもこれをナツトの径方向へ
の移動により吸収することができ、円滑な締込み
を行うことができるとともに、ねじ部に異常な力
が加わることがなくなり、ボルトやナツトの破損
