Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the man power and the cost required for production of a schedule table of maintenance work by providing a means which automatically decides the working states of building equipments and produces the schedule table of maintenance work based on the working state estimated by the data on decision of the working states of building equipments. CONSTITUTION:The meters 2, 4 and 6 measures the working values of the equipments 1, 3 and 5 respectively, and these working state information are successively sent to a computer 7 via the communication circuits 16a-16c.
