Description
この考案はノツク式筆記具に係り、特に部品点数
を大幅に減少させたノツク部構造の改良に関す
る。

最近、第1回目のノツクで、外筒内に収納され
ていた先具を突出させ、第2回目のノツクで芯送
りを行えるというノツク式のシヤープペンシル等
の筆記具が開発されているが、いずれも先具の突
出、退没を行わせる機構に多くの部品を必要と
し、しかもその構造も複雑であるという問題点が
あつた。

以下、この考案の一実施例について、図面を参
照して説明する。
第1図および第2図はこの考案をボールペンま
たはサインペンに適用した実施例を示し、外筒1
内に軸方向に摺動自在に配置され、弾性体2によ
り後方へ付勢されたレフイール3の後端には、ノ
ツク部4が配置されている。
このノツク部4には、第1図乃至第6図示のよ
うに、クリツプ部5が一体成形されている。この
クリツプ部5は、外筒1の案内孔1aに軸方向摺
動自在に案内係合していると共に、その先端部近
傍には、係止突起5aが形成されている。この係
止突起5aは、ノツク部4のノツク動作によるレ
フイール3の突出位置への移動に伴つて、外筒1
の係止孔1bに係止されるようになつている。ま
た、このクリツプ部5の付け根部5bは、第5図
のように、細くなつているので、先端の係止突起
5aが付け根部5bを支点として揺動可能であ
り、係止孔1bに係脱可能となつている。従つ
て、クリツプ部5の先端部を矢印イ方向に引張力
を加えた場合や、後端部を矢印ロ方向に押圧した
場合には、係止突起5aは係止孔1bとの係合が
解除される。
ここで、クリツプ部5の付け根部5bを摺動自
在に挿入させる外筒1の案内孔1aは、第6図
a,bに示すように、クリツプ部5を確実に摺動
可能に案内できれば、如何なる形状等であつても
よい。また、案内孔1aの近傍には、第6図示の
ように、係止突起5aを係止孔1bに係止案内す
るとともに、クリツプ部5の横ぶれを抑制する案
内溝(案内ガイド)6が外筒1の外周壁で案内孔
1aと係止孔1bとの間に軸方向に沿つて形成さ
れている。
次に、この考案の動作について説明する。
第2図示のように、外筒1内に退没しているレフ
イール3に嵌合したノツク部4をノツクすると、
クリツプ部5先端の係止突起5aは、外筒1の案
内溝6に案内されながら前方へ移動し、第1図に
示すように、外筒1の係止孔1bに係止され、筆
記可能状態になる。
次に、筆記を終了したレフイール3を外筒1内
へ退没させるには、クリツプ部5の先端部を矢印
イ方向に引張つたり、またはクリツプ部5の後端
部を矢印ロ方向へ押圧すれば、クリツプ部5の付
け根部5bを支点として、係止突起5aが上方へ
移動するので、係止孔1bとの係合が解除され
る。この解除によつて、ノツク部4はレフイール
3と共に弾性体2の付勢力によつて、付け根部5
bが案内孔1aの後端壁に当接するまで、後方へ
移動し、元の退没状態へ戻ることとなる。このよ
うに動作して、係止突起5a案内溝6によつて軸
方向に沿つた摺動を与えられるので、係突起5a
が確実に係止部1bに係合案内されるとともに、
クリツプ部5が横ぶれを生ずることなく摺動案内
される。尚、ここで、筆記状態のままで、ポケツ
ト等にクリツプ部5をさした場合、ちようどクリ
ツプ部5の先端部をイ方向へ引張る形となるの
で、自動的に第2図示の収納状態になり一種の安
全装置として作用し、洋服を汚すことがない。
また、筆記時に、外筒1から先具3aが突出す
るストローク量L1と、係止突起5a先端と係止
孔1bとの距離L2と、案内孔1a後端壁とクリ
ツプ部5の付け根部5bとの距離L3との間には、
L1=L2=L3の関係が成立するように形成されて
いる。尚、第1図示のように案内孔1a前端壁と
クリツプ部付け根部5bとの隙間aは、ガタ付を
防止するためにできるだけ存在しないように形成
されている。
第7図および第8図は、この考案のシヤープペ
ンシルに適用した実施例を示す。
この実施例は、外筒1内に軸方向に摺動自在に
配置され、かつ弾性体2により後方に付勢された
中軸7と、この中軸7の内部に軸方向に摺動自在
に収納され、先端に芯送出機構8を装着した芯パ
イプ(レフイール)3と、上記中軸7の後端に軸
方向移動可能に当接配置されたクリツプ部5とを
有する。
上記芯送出機構8は、リードチヤツク9と、こ
のリードチヤツク9の先端に貫通されたチヤツク
締付管10と、このチヤツク締付管10の後退方
向の移動を規制し、かつそれ自体過大筆圧時にク
ツシヨンを行うクツシヨンスリーブ11と、この
クツシヨンスリーブ11と芯パイプ3との間に弾
着されたチヤツク締付用の弾性体12とから成
る。
また、筆記時に先具7aが突出移動するストロ
ーク量L1および上述と同様の距離L2,L3との間
にL1=L2=L3の関係が成立する。さらに、第7
図の距離aもできるだけ存在しないように形成さ
れている。
以上の構成によれば、上述の実施例と同様に、
ノツク部4をノツクすることによつて、第7図示
のように、先具7aが突出状態になる。さらに、
この状態で、ノツク部4をノツク動作することに
よつて、通常の芯送りが行われる。
次に筆記が終了した場合には、クリツプ部5の
先端部を矢印イ方向に引張つたり、または、後端
部を矢印ロ方向に押圧すれば、係止突起5aが係
止孔1bより外れて、第8図のように元の状態に
戻る。
第9図および第10図は、同様にこの考案をシ
ヤープペンシルに適用した実施例であるが、第7
図および第8図と異なる点は、中軸にクリツプ部
5を一体形成した点である。従つて、この実施例
も上述の実施例と同様に動作を行う。
第11図および第12図も同様に、この考案を
シヤープペンシルに適用した実施例を示し、第7
図および第8図の実施例と異なる点は芯パイプ3
等の収納状態において芯を開放状態に保持してい
る点である。
即ち、この実施例では、外筒の案内孔1aの後
壁に当接部1cが形成されているので、第12図
示のように、中軸7の外筒1の収納時には、クリ
ツプ部5の付け根部5bがこの当接部1cに当接
し、リードチヤツク10は芯13を開放状態に保
持している。従つて、この実施例もこの点を除い
て、上述の実施例と同様に動作を行う。
第13図乃至第15図はこの考案をボールペン
に適用した実施例であるが(もちろんシヤープペ
ンシル等であつてもよい。)上述の実施例と異な
る点は、外筒1の案内孔1aと係止孔1bとの間
に逃がし部1dを設けた点である。携帯時にクリ
ツプ部5の先端がちようど逃がし部1dに対向す
る位置になるので、携帯時にクリツプ部5の係止
突起5aが外筒1の外周壁によつて持ち上げら
れ、いわゆるヘタリが起きることがない。
