Although there is no problem in this case, it is difficult to correct the traveling direction when traveling on a curve, and it is not suitable for moving on a hanger rail with a small radius of curvature. Therefore, in recent years, for the purpose of facilitating both straight running and curved running, a suspension vehicle of the type has been proposed in which two vertical wheels are arranged on both sides of the base so that they are in contact with the same horizontal plane. Has been done. In the suspension vehicle as described above, the number of vertical wheels on the same surface side of the base is reduced to two, and the axial distance between the vertical wheels can be narrowed to make a compact structure. It will be easier to drive. However, although either straight running or curved running can be easily performed as described above, since the overall length in the running direction (especially the axial distance in the rolling direction of the vertical wheels) is shortened, At the time of starting or stopping, it becomes a state of backward leaning or forward leaning, and further, in the gap at the joint part of the hanger rail, either the front or rear vertical wheel fits into the gap with both left and right wheels simultaneously supporting the load, smooth This has led to the problem of not being able to obtain a good running condition. In particular, when the clearance at the seam of the hanger rail is relatively wide at 1 mm to 2 mm, running is blocked at that part when both left and right vertical wheels on either side of the front and rear wheels are stuck in that part. There is a problem that a considerable amount of force is required when restarting. Therefore, the object of the present invention is not only to make it possible to easily perform straight running and curve running, but also to make a rear bend, a front bend, and a hanger rail joint at start and stop. It is to provide a suspension vehicle that has a structure that avoids the phenomenon of vertical wheels getting stuck in the vehicle and that can always obtain a smooth running condition.

る。In the suspension vehicle according to the present invention, two vertical wheels are arranged on both side surfaces of the base at a height such that they are in contact with the same horizontal plane. Therefore, the axial distance in the rolling direction is shortened to go straight. Not only traveling, but also curving can be performed easily. Furthermore, since the vertical wheels are eccentric to each other in the rolling direction with respect to the vertical wheel on the other side, the left and right wheels of the vertical wheel simultaneously bear the load at the joint portion of the hanger rail. A smooth running condition can be obtained without falling into the gap when supported. That is, when one vertical wheel corresponds to the joint portion, the load is supported by the other three vertical wheels. Further, in the suspension vehicle, since a plurality of wheels capable of rolling contact with the ceiling surface of the hanger rail forming the traveling track are provided in the upper portion of the base and appropriately separated in the traveling direction, When the hoisting vehicle is going to lean forward or backward, this wheel rolls on the ceiling surface of the hanger rail,
It is possible to prevent the base from becoming unstable.

The following embodiments are examples of embodying the present invention and are not of the nature to limit the technical scope of the present invention. Here, FIG. 1 is a plan view of a suspension vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention in a partially broken state, FIG. 2 is a front view of the suspension vehicle, and FIG. 3 is a state in which the suspension vehicle is positioned at an orthogonal portion of a hanger rail. FIG. In Tsukuruma 1 according to this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, four side surfaces 2 a substantially right angle hexahedral-shaped body 2 (base), the 2 b, 2 c, 2 d, 2 pieces each The vertical wheels 3 and 4 of the
For example, the vertical wheels 3 and 4 on the one side surface 2 a side are attached to the vertical wheels 3 and 4 on the other side surface 2 c side in an eccentric state in the rolling direction. The above relationship is exactly the same between the other side surfaces 2 b and 2 d . In this case, the vertical wheel 3 has a relatively large diameter and acts as a main wheel. In addition, the vertical wheels 4
The relatively small diameter are formed, acting as attached to the sub-wheel in a state of being recessed from the plane of each side 2 a to 2 d. As described above, the vertical wheels 3 are respectively provided on the side surfaces 2 a to 2 d .
Since the suspension vehicle 1 is provided with 4, the suspension vehicle 1 can cross-travel along a hanger rail (not shown) arranged in a state of going straight (cross) to the ceiling. At the axial center position of the main body 2, a shaft 5 is hung so as to be rotatable on the axial center, and a moving wall (not shown) is hung on the shaft 5. A roller 6 is rotatably provided on the base side of the shaft 5, and the roller 6 follows a lower opening 7 a of the hanger rail 7 when the suspension vehicle 1 travels along the hanger rail 7. Go Te, by rolling contact with both sides of the opening 7 a, the Tsukuruma 1 forms the function of preventing tilting of the right and left directions in FIG.

When the suspension vehicle 1 reaches the cross portion of the hanger rail 7 (see FIG. 3), the lower surface side of the support plate 8 is supported by a plurality of rotatable steel balls 9 arranged at the four corners of the cross portion. It is used when changing the traveling direction. A top side of the supporting plate 8, the shaft 5 across the the appropriate spaced sites in its running direction, the rolling can be wheels 10, 10 and 10, 10 on the ceiling surface 7 b of the hanger rail 7 Is deployed in a rotatable state. When the hoisting vehicle 1 travels along the hanger rail 7, the wheels 10 make the ceiling surface 7 b of the hanger rail 7 prevent the hoisting vehicle 1 from leaning forward or leaning backward in the traveling direction. It has a protective effect by rolling. On the upper surface of the support plate 8, a plurality of rollers 11 are rotatably arranged in a plane parallel to the support plate 8. The roller 11 by rolling contact with the upper guide surface 7 c, 7 c of the hanger rail 7, an action of preventing the fluctuation of the its travel direction perpendicular to the direction during running of the Tsukuruma 1. The suspension vehicle 1 according to this embodiment is configured as described above. That is, since the center distance is narrowed about the side 2 a, 2 c and 2 b, the 2 d each two vertical wheels 3,4 is arranged in the rolling direction, straight along the hanger rail 7 It is possible to move extremely smoothly not only when traveling but also when traveling on a curve. Further, since the vertical wheels 3, 4 and 3, 4 related to the rolling direction are eccentric to each other in the rolling direction, the left and right wheels of the vertical wheels 3, 4 simultaneously fit in the joint portion of the hanger rail. It's not crowded. That is, in the joint portion, the load on the suspension vehicle 1 is supported by the three vertical wheels. As a result, even at the seam of the hanger rail, it can pass smoothly without any shock. Further, the suspension vehicle 1 may be formed to have a short dimension in the traveling direction, but since the wheels 10, 10 are arranged in the upper portion of the suspension vehicle 1 at appropriate intervals in the traveling direction, the suspension vehicle 1 Even if an unreasonable force is applied at the time of starting or stopping the vehicle,
By the rolling contact with the ceiling surface 7 b, it is avoided that the hanging wheel 1 is Meli or leaning forward state behind.
