に用いる空気吹出制御装置に関する。 (従来の技術) 従来、この種の清浄空気吹出装置としては、第

うにした装置は知られている。 そして前記装置は、天井板iの開口部周縁jに
フイルタユニツト囲枠cを気密に固設し、天井裏
等に設けたフアンkを駆動させて、フアンkより
の空気をエアフイルタaで濾過し、清浄空気を下
方吹出用多孔板dと横吹出孔fとから部屋内に吹
き出す一方、部屋内の汚染空気を部屋の床面、ま
たは側壁面より吸引する循環流を生じさせて部屋
内をクリーンルームとし、その空気吹出制御装置
の下方に配置したクリーンベンチ上で例えば微生
物の培養作業を行うものである。 (考案が解決しようとする課題) しかしながら、前記従来装置は、フアンkより
空気を比較的に大きい風速でエアフイルタaを介
して吹き出すときは、清浄空気はそのままの状態

を効率よく行うことが出来ず、また壁付近の開閉
板hの開閉調整が確実に行えない場合には壁付近
で生じる乱流を防止出来ない問題がある。 本考案は、かかる問題点を解消し、方形箱状枠
体の下方吹出用多孔板からの空気の吹出を弱くさ
せてドラフトを感じさせることなく、また横吹出
孔からの空気の風向、風量の調整を容易に行え
て、乱流を起こすことなく部屋の清浄化を効率よ
く行うことが出来る空気吹出制御装置を提供する
ことを目的とする。 (課題を解決するための手段) 本考案は、前記目的を達成すべく、エアフイル
タを収容すると共に下方開口部を備えるフイルタ
ユニツト囲枠の下方開口部に取り付けて、空気の
吹き出しを制御する装置であつて、底部に下方吹
出用多孔板を備え、周側壁に横吹出孔を備える方
形箱状枠体の空気吹出制御装置において、エアフ
イルタと方形箱状枠体の下方吹出用多孔板との間
に配置する中間吹出用多孔板の周縁に方形箱状枠
体の周側壁に沿つた枠状シヤツターを設け、該中
間吹出用多孔板を方形箱状枠体に設けた支持部材
で上下動並びに傾動自在に支持したことを特徴と
する。 (作用) 中間吹出用多孔板をエアフイルタと方形箱状枠
体の下方吹出用多孔板との間に配置したので、エ
アフイルタからの空気は中間吹出用多孔板に当た
り板面に沿つて横吹出孔方向に流れる空気と、中
間吹出用多孔板を通過する空気とに分流されるの
で、中間吹出用多孔板を通過した空気の風速は弱
められる。また中間吹出用多孔板の周縁に方形箱
状枠体の周側壁に沿つた枠状シヤツターを設ける
と共に、該中間吹出用多孔板を方形箱状枠体に設
けた支持部材で上下動並びに傾動自在に支持した
ので、中間吹出用多孔板と同時に枠状シヤツター
を上下動並びに傾動させることが出来て、枠状シ
ヤツターで方形箱状枠体の横吹出孔の開閉度を全
閉から全開に亘つて調節出来る。 (実施例) 本考案を図面により説明する。 第1図ないし第4図は本考案の1実施例を示す
ものである。 図面で、1はクリーンルームとすべき部屋の天
井板、2は天井板1に穿設した開口部周縁、3は
エアフイルタ4を収容したフイルタユニツト囲
枠、5は方形箱状枠体、6は方形箱状枠体5の底
部に設けたパンチングにより穿設された多数の吹
出用小孔7を備える下方吹出用多孔板、8は方形
箱状枠体5の下方吹出用多孔板6の上方空間を方
形状に囲繞した周側壁、9は方形箱状枠体5の周
側壁8に穿設した横吹出孔、10はフイルタユニ
ツト囲枠3の内部と連設したフアンを夫々示す。 そして、天井板1の開口部周縁2に屋根裏より

うに行つた。即ち、方形箱状枠体5の周側壁8の
下端に設けた内方へ水平に延びる支持片12上に
下方吹出用多孔板6を載置固定し、この状態で、
周側壁8の上端に設けた外方に水平に延びる取付
片13をフイルタユニツト囲枠3の下端周面に固
着した断面L形状の取付用部材14と共に、天井
板1の開口部周縁2に配したガスケツト15を介
して取付ビス16により締着することにより、方
形箱状枠体5をエアフイルタ4を収容したフイル
タユニツト囲枠3の下方開口部11に固着するよ
うにした。 尚、図面で、17は取付用部材14とガスケツ
ト15の周囲に施したシール材を示す。 かかる構成の空気吹出制御装置を作動せしめる
に当り、比較的大きい風速で下方吹出用多孔板6
を通して下方へ吹き出すときは、その直下の作業
者にドラフトを感じさせ、不快感を与える。この
不快感を減少せしめ更には吹出幅を拡大して部屋
の浄化を促進するために、前記方形箱状枠体5の
周側壁8に設けた多数の横吹出孔9から横方向に
も吹き出すようにすることにより、下方への風速
は弱まるが、フアン10駆動を増大し風量を更に
増大すれば、再びエアフイルタ4からの大きい風
量は殆どそのままの状態で下方吹出用多孔板6を
通じて直下に吹き出されてドラフトを感じさせる
ことなる。 本考案は、かかる点を解消するために、フイル
タユニツト囲枠3内のエアフイルタ4と方形箱状
枠体5の下方吹出用多孔板6との間であつて、か
つ下方吹出用多孔板6に空間18を存せしめて中
間吹出用多孔板19を設けた。該中間吹出用多孔
板19は下方吹出用多孔板6とほぼ同形状とし、
板にパンチングにより穿設された多数の吹出用小
孔20を備え、また板の周縁全周に亘つて下方に
垂直に延び方形箱状枠体5の周側壁8に沿う壁状
の枠状シヤツター21を設けた。また、第2図お
よび第3図示のように4個の支持部材22を用い
夫々の支持部材22の下方部分を下方吹出用多孔
板6の四隅近傍に固設し、更に夫々の支持部材2

ツターで方形箱状枠体の周側壁に穿設した横吹出
孔の開孔度を全閉から全開に亘り調節出来て、横
吹出孔からの空気の風向、風量の調整を容易に行
なえて、乱流を起こすことなく部屋の清浄化を効
率よく行なえる等の効果がある。
