Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide the title knitted fabric consisting of three-layer structure of specific makeup, suitable for sportswear, underwear etc., so designed that water including sweat is immediately absorbed through the back surface followed by diffusing the water into the intermediate layer and surface layer to effect reduction of such water left on the back surface. CONSTITUTION:The objective knitted fabric made up of three layers: i.e., surface layer, intermediate layer and back surface layer. Both the surface and intermediate layers are each composed of (A) yarns made of fibers capable of absorbing water and/or diffusing water on their surface, and the back surface layer is composed of the yarns A and (B) yarns made of water-repellent fibers and/or water-repellent yarns. The water-absorptive fiber making up the yarn A is e.g. cotton, hemp; The fiber capable of diffusing water on its surface is e.g. polyester fiber. The water-repellent fiber making up the yarn B is e.g. wool. It is suggested that the respective loops of the yarns A and B on the back surface be knitted at a ratio of (1:l) to (1:20).

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION (Field of Industrial Application) The present invention relates to a knitted fabric that does not feel wet or cold on the back side of the knitted fabric that comes into contact with the skin even when sweating a lot.

(Prior Art) Conventionally, many knitted fabrics for underwear have been known for the purpose of sweat absorption. It has been proposed that the back side, which is on the skin side, is made of hydrophilic fibers, and the back side, which is on the skin side, is mainly made of hydrophobic fibers with hydrophilic fibers partially arranged.

However, since both of these fabrics have hydrophobic fibers and hydrophilic fibers arranged on the side of the skin, the hydrophobic fibers on the back side of the fabric allow sweat to diffuse from the fiber surface in a direction perpendicular to the fiber axis due to capillary action, and eventually to the skin side. The seashore spreads on the back side, making you feel wet.
There is a problem that the feeling of cold does not decrease.

(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) The feeling of wetness when sweating a lot is largely influenced by the sweat remaining on the back side of the fabric that is on the skin side.

In the conventional method described above, when a person sweats a lot, a lot of sweat remains on the back surface, so it is not possible to reduce the feeling of wetness and coldness.

The present invention attempts to improve these drawbacks,
This is a knitted fabric that immediately absorbs sweat and other water from the back side and diffuses the absorbed water to the intermediate layer and surface layer, reducing the amount of water such as sludge remaining on the back side.

The fibers that absorb water include hydrophilic fibers such as cotton, descaled wool, rayon, and linen, and hydrophobic fibers that have been treated to absorb water. Fibers that diffuse water on their surfaces include hydrophobic fibers such as polyester fibers, polyurethane fibers, and polyamide fibers, and fibers that have been treated to absorb moisture. In addition, a thread exhibiting water repellency refers to a thread made of water-repellent fibers or a thread that has been processed to be water-repellent, regardless of the type of fiber.

In addition, the middle layer acts as a water retainer, allowing more sweat (moisture) to be absorbed.

The knitted fabric of the present invention may be blended, mixed, aligned, twisted, twisted, or knitted to the extent that fibers or yarns other than the A and B yarns do not impede the effect. The knitted fabric of the present invention is ideal for clothing that is worn directly against the skin when sweating a lot, such as sportswear, underwear, and work clothes under extremely hot conditions, but also for bedding, underlays for bags, etc. There are no restrictions on its uses as long as it is used when sweating profusely. The knitted fabric of the present invention is worn with the back side facing the skin.

Margins below (Effects of the Invention) The knitted fabric of the present invention is made of yarns whose back side is made of fibers that absorb water and/or diffuses water on the fiber surface, yarns whose back side is made of fibers that absorb water, and/or yarns that are made of water-repellent fibers, and/or yarns that are water-repellent. Even if moisture such as sweat is applied to the part where the yarn is arranged, it is quickly absorbed by the adjacent yarn containing fibers that absorb and diffuse water. Water migrates and diffuses to the surface layer through a continuous intermediate layer (water conducting layer). Therefore, the amount of water remaining in the part made of water-repellent threads is reduced, and the amount of water remaining on the entire back side is also extremely small, so even if you sweat in hot water, you will not feel wet or cold. You can get less clothes.
