Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent occurrence of creasing by preventing air from being led into a part between the contact surfaces of a sheet and a reel drum. CONSTITUTION:Several suction holes 4 are formed in the outer surface of a reel drum 1. Further, a suction pipe 5 formed therein with suction holes 6 is laid in the reel drum 1, extending over the entire width of the reel drum 1. In order to enhance the effect of suction at the contact surfaces of the reel drum 1 and a sheet 2, the inside of the reel drum 1 is partitioned by a partition plate 7 in a part over which the sheet 2 and the reel drum 1 make contact with each other. Further, a seal member 8 is laid between the contact parts of the reel drum 1 and the partition plate 7 so as to prevent air from entering into a part where the sheet 2 does not make contact with the drum 1.

シート2の接触面の吸引効果を上げる為に、リールドラ
ム1とシート2の接触間のリールドラム1の内部は仕切
り板7を吸引パイプ5に設けてリールドラム1の内部を
仕切り、リールドラム1と仕切り板7の接触部にはシー
ル材8を設けてシート2と接触していない部分からのエ
アーが入り込まない様にする。
