Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide an easy-to-handle cooking apparatus with heater which excels in safety and reliability by forming a temp. sensing part in a temp. sensor, and furnishing a cord takeup part or a cord retracting part for accommodation in the body when the sensor remains out of service. CONSTITUTION:When cooking is carried out which requires temp. adjustment, a temp. sensing part 4 of a temp. sensor 1 is inserted into the object to be cooked itself located in a cooking vessel 7, and thereby the temp. of the object is sensed. The sensing signal is sent to a temp. adjusting part 15 via a cord 11, and the high frequency current of the heat emitting part 9 is controlled to perform temp. adjustment. When out of service, the sensor 1 is removed from the vessel 7 with the aid of a fixing part 10 which is removable, and is accommodated in a cord takeup part 13 in the body from the retracting hole 12. Thereby an easy-to-handle cooking apparatus with heater is accomplished which excels in the safety and reliability.

BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, in a heating cooker used in a home kitchen, when a cooker is equipped with a temperature control device that detects the temperature of the food to be cooked and adjusts the output, the food itself in the cooking container is There is a method in which a temperature sensor is inserted directly into the food to directly detect the temperature of the food being cooked, and the output of the heat generating part is adjusted according to the output of this temperature sensor. The temperature sensor is used when precise oil temperature control is required, such as when cooking tempura, but it can be removed to avoid getting in the way during normal cooking. A conventional heater will be explained below. As shown in FIG. 8, the end 2 of the cord of the temperature sensor 1 is loaded into the connection part 3 provided at the rear of the main body, and the temperature detection part 4 is inserted into the cooking container 6 for use. In this method, the food 6
Because it directly detects the temperature of the cooking container, it has the advantage of being able to control the temperature more accurately than other methods that use a temperature sensor in contact with the bottom of the cooking container, and of being less affected by the temperature of the heat generating part. It is an excellent temperature control method.
