Abstract

PURPOSE:To rotate a washing nozzle to either direction and to simply assemble it on a nozzle shaft by mounting a substantially C-shaped spring on a prescribed position of an outer periphery of the node shaft and holding a seal member at the prescribed position. CONSTITUTION:A seal member 11 is simply configured in a ring. A substantially C-shaped spring 12 is fitted and fixed to an outer periphery of a nozzle shaft 8 of a washing node 7. Then, a sliding member 9 is fitted subsequently to the seal member 11. A step 8a different in diameter is provided on the nozzle, shaft 8. When the seal member 11 is fitted to the nozzle shaft. the seal member 11 is prevented from moving toward the sliding member 9 side. Then, the spring 12 is mounted on a groove 8b provided in the nozzle shaft 8, so that the seal member 11 is prevented from moving downward. During a washing operation, upward thrust load is exerted on the washing node 7, so that the seal member 11 is pressed upward by the spring 12, abuts against the sliding member 9, slides and rotates to effect a good seal.

That is, a cleaning tank 2 is provided inside the main body 1, and water or hot water is supplied as cleaning water into the cleaning tank 2 through a water supply valve 3. A cleaning pump 6 driven by a motor 6 is attached to a pump chamber communicating with the other side of the drain hole 4 . When the food washer is running, purified water is sucked into the washing pump 6 from the drain hole 4, and from this washing pump 6 is supplied to the washing nozzle 7 at the bottom of the washing tank 2, from which it is sprayed, after washing the dishes. Circulation takes place through the meridian that returns to P[hole 4].

During the cleaning process, the cleaning nozzle receives a vertical load and rotates while floating. At this time, a seal is formed between the sliding member 9, the nozzle bearing 10, and the sea/I/member 11 to prevent cleaning water from leaking. Therefore, the cleaning nozzle/I/7 having such a configuration is efficient without leakage of cleaning water.

Problems to be solved by the invention
Since the vFa material 1 is engaged with the material 1, rotational force is applied due to friction with the sliding member 9, so if the screw is in the direction of loosening, the seal member 11 spring will loosen and come off. . Therefore, the rotation of the cleaning nozzle )v7 is restricted to only one direction in which the screw of the sealing member 11 is tightened. If a surface rotation cleaning nozzle (V7) is required, the above configuration cannot be used. Furthermore, since the sealing member 11 is machined with a female thread, the mold structure is complicated and the molding time is required even when it is made of synthetic resin. Furthermore, it takes time to insert screws when assembling the cleaning waste/1/fu.

The present defense solves the above problems, and the cleaning nozzle can be used in either direction of rotation, and the shape of the V member is simple, making it easy to assemble to the nozzle shaft. is aimed at.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a method in which a substantially C-shaped spring is attached to a predetermined position on the outer periphery of a nozzle shaft, and the reseal member is held in a predetermined position by the spring. It was harvested as shown.

Function: With the above-described configuration, the present invention holds the sealing member in a predetermined position by the substantially C-shaped spring, so that the substantially C-shaped spring will not come off when the conflict nozzle is rotated in either direction. The seal member will not fall off. Furthermore, the sealing member is a simple ring-shaped member that does not require any internal thread processing. Furthermore, assembly is very simple, as the sealing member is first inserted into the nozzle shaft, and the approximately C-shaped spring is then inserted into a predetermined position.

As shown in FIG. 2, the seal member 11 has a simple ring shape. The substantially C-shaped spring 12 is fitted onto the outer periphery of the nozzle shaft 8 of the cleaning nozzle 7, and the sliding member 9 is inserted thereon once following the sea/I/member 11. The nozzle shaft 8 is provided with steps 8ai with different diameters.
When the V member 11 is inserted, the seal member 11 is prevented from moving to the sliding member 90%. Next, by attaching a substantially C-shaped spring 12 to the groove sbK provided in the nozzle shaft 8, it is possible to prevent the sea JVm material 11 from slipping downward. Therefore, the seal member 11 is arranged at a position where it contacts the predetermined sliding member 9. During the cleaning operation, an upward nulling load is applied to the cleaning nozzle, and the sealing member 11 is moved by the substantially C-shaped spring 1.
2, it comes into contact with the sliding member 9, slides and rotates, and performs a good seal.

Further, the sealing member may be a simple ring-shaped member, and there is no need for machining an internal thread. Therefore, even if a simple substantially C-shaped spring is included, it can be manufactured at low cost. moreover,
In assembling the cleaning nozzle, the sealing member and the substantially C-shaped spring are simply inserted into the nozzle shaft, so it is very easy to assemble, and a cheaper dishwasher can be provided.
