Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent dew formation on lead wires and attain an easy wiring work for improving the workability by a method wherein an independent second groove is formed behind a first groove of a plastic made breaker, that is, on the inside of a compartment. CONSTITUTION:A flange 3A of an inner box 3 is fixed on a second stopper 25 of a breaker 21, a flange 4A of an outer box 4 is fixed on a first stopper 24 of the breaker 21, and foamed insulating material 6 is filled between the inner and outer boxes 3 and 4. After that, the left and right brims of a transparent window 7 are inserted into a first groove 22 of the breaker 21 with a lead wire R of a heater 7D pulled out form above. Power source wires from a machine room 19 is connected to the lead wires R, and the lead wire R and the power source wires are housed in a second groove 23 of the breaker 21. Then, a cover 28 is fixed on protrusions 29 and 30 to cover the lead wire R. After those works, a hand rail 31 is put on the transparent window 7, and a decorative sash 32 is fixed so as to cover across the left and right side walls of the inner and outer boxes 3 and 4.

Conventional technology A heat insulating box body is constructed by inserting a heat insulating material between a side plate forming an outer box and a side plate forming an inner box, and a heat insulating glass is attached to the upper front surface of the box body. The side plate of the inner box has a contact piece and support piece of heat shielding glass, the upper edge of the heat shield glass has a decorative bar, and the front side of the heat shield glass has a protrusion that is the same as the front edge of the side plate of the outer box. The heat shielding glass is fixed by providing a sieve plate having a section and a notch for holding the glass and the decorative bar, respectively.
Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 57-848 discloses a structure in which the outer edges of the sieve plate and the side plate of the outer box are decorated with a satin.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention In the above technology, since the outer edges of the sieve plate and the outer box are covered with a decorative sash, the inner box is cooled during operation of the cooling device and the heat is transferred to the decorative sash. There was a problem in that condensation was likely to occur on the outer box. On the other hand, it is common to install a heater around the peripheral edge of the heat shielding glass to prevent fogging and condensation on the glass. It is placed on the back side. Therefore, when inspecting or replacing the lead wires, it is necessary to remove decorative sashes, decorative pillars, etc., which is a very troublesome task.

Function: The breaker, which is placed vertically facing the left and right side walls, not only connects the inner and outer boxes in a heat-insulating manner, but also serves as a fixing member for the transparent window by inserting the left and right ends of the transparent window into the first groove. At the same time, the second groove also functions as a storage member for storing lead wires of electric components such as heaters arranged around the transparent window. In addition, by storing the lead wire in the second groove,
This node line will be located in a low temperature dry atmosphere.

Note that if the first groove 22 is formed so that the spacer 7C is substantially flush with both the inner and outer boxes when the transparent window 7 is inserted,
The visible width of the transparent window 7 matches the distance between the left and right side walls, making it possible to see the inside of the refrigerator from the entire width of the transparent window 7. Furthermore, if the width of the cold air return passage between the transparent window 7 and the transparent plate 9 is constant, inserting the transparent window into the first groove 22 is better than inserting the transparent window into the second groove 23. The volume can be increased.

As detailed above, according to the present invention, since the second groove is formed behind the first groove of the resin breaker, that is, on the inside of the refrigerator, the lead wire of the heater stored in the second groove is is located in a low-temperature, dry atmosphere, thereby preventing dew condensation on the lead wires. Furthermore, since the second groove is formed independently of the first groove, wiring work for the lead wires can be easily performed without removing the transparent window, improving work efficiency.
